Locations was great. Bed was very comfortable.

Parking fee is ridiculous and $16+Breakfast fee for powdered eggs and greasy bacon is not something I will be doing again. Seems a bit too much for these items considering other hotels have similar breakfasts and no Parking fee. Also, the Pillows looked like they havent been cleaned in Many Many nights. Pillow protectors, Not the exterior pillowcase, but a layer under the case was yellow dingy. Kind of gross. Where was the Restaurant? it was listed on website but I didnt see it anywhere. No signs

Overall nice facility, really good location and was fairly priced

No complimentary breakfast, the $15 price for the optional breakfast was a bit surprising. Even a Super 8 level hotel has some kind of complimentary breakfast, even if it's simply a piece of fruit or a bagel. I would expect more from a place with the Hilton name attatched to it. Also the $6 dollar charge for parking is a little ridiculous. This is not adjacent to a facility or anything that would require paying to park. Nothing around the hotel at all. If I'm paying to stay at your establishment you should have a place for me to park that doesn't cost extra. This is not a valet service arrangement. Just a regular, open, non secured lot

Very nice check in experience, room was clean and bed very comfortable! There is a small restaurant/bar in the lobby and everything we tried there was great. Very convenient location to downtown.

The sink in our room was clogged so water didn’t drain down. even though we had a “do not disturb” sign on the outside of the door, the cleaning staff tried to walk in at 9am.. luckily i had the top lock on.

Room was okay it didnt have a odor smell...loved the shower...lotions, shampoo and conditioner bottles on wall. Ask for more towels and they were delivered in a fast timely manner! The Kane Brown Concert, I guess made up for it because it was phenomenal!!!

The elevators broken with only one working, all cramped in there with the entire hotel guest sucked, along with a dog trying to sniff everybody privates was very uncomfortable. The hallway had a odor that wasn't so pleasant and needed a serious vacuuming. The price I payed for one nite was expensive to only be disappointed. I thought it would be a tip notch Hotel. If I had shopped around, I think I coulda had a lot better deal and experience. ((Coulda woulda shoulda doesnt count now thou))

From start to finish the process was completely seamless. The rooms were clean and spacious. Everything was clean and the view was nothing short of amazing. This is our second time staying here and it won't be the last time.

Everything was great, I wish there were more wash clothes but outside of that no complaints at all. Keep doing what you do. We will definitely be referring others to this property. Kuddos!

The person at the front desk was so welcoming and sweet. I liked that coffee was available in the lobby. The workout facility was very nice and had a number of options. I liked that there was a bar.

The breakfast wasn’t the best. We only tried it once. Some of the food wasn’t resupplied and there were times there wasn’t coffee or creamer.

This hotel is in a fantastic location not 10 minutes from downtown Greenville and all its attractions. The hotel itself is a little older but in otherwise great shape, the room was clean and well appointed with a large tv, large desk, lots of counter space, fridge, etc. Interestingly there was no microwave in the room but one was located near the vending machine on each floor. Breakfast was basic; eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, bagels and various juices but somehow cost $12 per person for what is normally offered for free elsewhere. Minor complaint really. The indoor pool was closed indefinitely which was a bummer but nothing I'd hold against the hotel, better safe than sorry with COVID hanging about. The bar in the lobby stayed open till 11 and honestly had some surprisingly tasty burgers and wings and were able to server up a mean Amaretto Sour. Altogether I am completely satisfied with my experience here, we definitely will be staying at Hilton Greenville again in future.

Breakfast was tasty but didn't seem worth it at $12 per person. The pool was closed for the entire stay but I wouldn't honestly count that as a negative. #COVID

I liked the ease of getting in and out of the motel. I liked the staff they were very friendly and helpful even when they made mistakes, they were quick to remedy the problem

We were originally sent to a room that was already occupied. This was corrected quickly.

The Hilton is always wonderful if you are traveling with pets and want your stay easy. The small bar was open even though we arrived late. The bartender was excited to meet our pup and serve us a couple of togo beers to take to our room. Room was clean and comfortable.

The only downside was no microwave so i had to go to thw kitchen to warm my milk

I loved how clean the room was. We came in and didn’t have to worry about a thing!! Also I loved the location!! It was close to everything!! Also, it was super quiet at night which my husband and I love.
