The breakfast was so so the biscuits was so hard you couldn't eat them the grave wouldn't even make soft. The location was good easy access in and out. Right off interstate.

what not to like. access was good the pillows were nice the breakfast wasn't all that but everything else was good.

The location was easy to find - right off I-26 and a few minutes drive from Newberry. The beds were firm but comfortable, there was an assortment of firm & soft pillows, the linens were crisp and fresh. The staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating our whole stay. Breakfast was great with meat & meat-free options to choose from, the dinning room was extremely clean and spacious. The property, gym, laundry, ice and vending facilities were all clean/tidy. Our room was of good size and very clean, the bathroom was large and phenomenally clean with body wash, shampoo, conditioner provided in shower and full size towels as well.

The pool was drained during our stay.

Our stay here was a pleasure from beginning to end. Everything was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was hot, delicious and bountiful. The eggs, cinnamon buns, bacon and biscuits should not be missed. Our thanks to Larry, the breakfast host, for tending this wonderful buffet. efficiently with quiet pride. Thanks also to Gail at the front desk who provided a couple of her own postage stamps for a birthday card we needed to mail the morning of our departure.

I didn't like that due to our schedule we had to leave after a single night but we definitely will return for another visit.

The hotel is exactly how it looks online. The breakfast was delicious. I just wish they had grits and bacon. The staff was very respectful and helpful.

I didn't like that the shower was half clean. It had the previous persons hand print and hair on the wall in the shower.

our first room’s bed was very uncomfortable and hard but the nice girl at the desk switched our room for us and that was much better!

very clean, well laid out. I loved the easy access location of our room. I realized I had left a sweater in my room and called back a couple hours after leaving to ask for it to be left at the front desk for pickup. I was able to pick it up a few hours later. All of the staff I was in contact with were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

The things I like about this hotel are the location and the staff. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing!!!

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Maybe have a quieter HVAC unit but I know that is nothing you can do about that noise. Having some complimentary waters would be great! Also need to have USB ports on the lamps.

The staff was very friendly especially the front desk lady. And the breakfast was delicious.

The pool had a lot of things (mostly hair) floating in it. And there was a staff member (maintenance man? or landscaper?) who had just got off work and was soaking his feet/legs in the hot tub.

I loved the hospitality of the staff that worked there and the loving and caring gentleman that served breakfast during our stay.He is amazing

Close to wedding and interstate

Had a few issues in room 214. The metal piece that keeps the door locked was missing and the coffee pot , the holder where the kcup goes was missing.
