Nice best western- good breakfast with Belgian waffle maker. Comfy beds and clean. Served it's purpose for a few nights and would stay again. They also offered a self serve happy hour of wine and cheese.

I requested housekeeping and they never came. Given I was only staying for another night, it was not a big deal. Recommend if you want housekeeping, let the front desk know instead of leaving the card on your door handle.

The pet policy needs to be noted that 2 dogs is the limit. I have 3 small dogs under 10lbs each and they were not gonna let me stay. They called manager and I had to pay 270.00 for the dogs (which I didn't mind). No where did it say anything about number or price for them. It worked out but was a fiasco at the check in.

Breakfast was great. Friendly staff and attentive to patrons.

I think they could use another trash can in the toilet and shower area. I didn’t like that the sink was disconnected from the bathroom, but that’s a very minor issue. The extra teach can next to the toilet would be great however.

The breakfast was delicious. I had a Belgian waffle every day with eggs and sausage or bacon. There was fresh fruit, different juices, coffee and tea, pastries. Our room was very nice. Beds were comfortable.

I wish that breakfast was held until 10 AM everyday. I wish that we could leave our dog in the room for a few hours while we went to get a meal. The maids skipped our room two days in a row.

The staff was great, and the beds were super comfortable. Very affordable for a last-minute booking. The showers were really clean and had good pressure.

This is a little nit-picky, but the only thing I could think of is that it would have been nice to offer water with the breakfast drink choices.

It was easy access to get to. Handicap parking was sufficient.

The place needs a little uppdate and maintenence upkeep on the small things. Examples like fixing shower doors to close completely and replacing hooks on the back of doors.

We like the convience of the location, as well as the price. The quick check-in and out was GREAT! Customer service of the lady we checked in with was excellent.

Shower head had visible cleanliness issues and needed to be cleaned! The placement of the towel bar in front of the sink made it uncomfortable to lean over when brushing our teeth. We disliked the visibility out of the window of our room, and we were unable to close the blackout curtain entirely.

Breakfast was good. Staff at breakfast area and front desk excellent, very friendly and helpful. Room comfortable and clean.

Walls thin do could be a little noisy as people come and go. Room door would stick so took big push and made lots of noise opening and closing.

The bed was very comfy. We got a pet room but we left the pet home this trip. The location was perfect for my new house searching. We would use this hotel again. My next trip down will be my last as we purchased a house this trip!!!

The room needed work. The room only had a shower but that wasn't bad, as that is how I bath. There was music playing in the hall but did stop at sleep hours. In the morning the clerk was a little agitated, I guess some employee's didn't show, it is a sign of the times, I blame it on the Biden administration. I miss the breakfast in the morning, the "Grab and Go" just doesn't cut it!

The hotel was easy to get to and room was clean. Other reviews mentioned how small the bathroom was (just the stand up shower and toliet.) It was definitely a small bathroom but otherwise the room was great.
