The hotel and room was very clean. The staff were helpful. We had an early flight and they set grab and go breakfast out for you in the lobby. The bathroom shower was modern and very clean. The bed was actually very comfortable for a hotel.

Of course this is at the airport so there was bound to be some noise outside. It was very cold and snowing when we stayed so there was a lot of outside noise with the planes and the snow removal equipment. It is very inconvenient if you are going to stay there and go out for dinner or shopping as there is no parking lot. You have to use long-term parking and then if you want to go somewhere take your car out or pay for a cab. It would be nice if they had a small parking lot available for this purpose if you wanted to go have a nice meal somewhere before you retired for the evening.

It’s close to the airport so it was really convenient

The pricing was pretty expensive for a tiny room that was warm inside when I went in. I had to leave for a couple hours after cranking the air conditioning to make it livable in the room. And there was lots of noise from the mini fridge kicking on and off and the ac itself made a weird noise whenever it cycled. That plus the outside light getting in a little made for a hard to sleep night. Plus the free breakfast would have been best avoided.

It was conveniently located right in the airport, which was a plus for us because we has a early departing flight. Our room was facing the landing strip so we were able to see the planes take off which was pretty awesome. Luckily this is not a major airport so you are not constantly being disturb by the planes coming in.

The American breakfast that they offered was very limited but there is a restaurant located about 300ft from the hotel that serves breakfast. lunch, and dinner. The rooms were very nice a clean but a little small for two people but overall it was a good trip.

The proximity to the SF airport was a real plus - in fact the primary reason we selected this hotel. We had a 7AM flight and didn't want to drive 2 hours to the airport the day of flight. We opted for a single room which was quite cozy

We opted for a single room, and it only contained a double bed. Beware what you ask for - a double room would have been more preferable. READ the fine print on the room description!

The room was compact but well thought out with plenty of space for putting things and included a hair dryer and iron. Being near the airport, we were concerned about noise but that was not a problem, very quiet.

Parking is not free and not located on the property. There is an economy lot within walking distance that cost me $9 for the night. A free shuttle service is available if you don't want to walk.

Super convenient location for people flying in late evening or out early morning. Good value for money. Very good soundproofing, so sound of planes isn't an issue.

Our room was very dirty (candies on the floor, pee on the toilet seat, dust...), it looked as if they totally forgot to clean it after previous guests, or did it very poorly. As it was rather late and we've arrived via transatlantic flight, we didn't feel like immediately complaining and changing the room. When I mentioned it upon check out, receptionist was very sorry for what happened and assured that next time (week later we stayed again for a night) it wouldn't repeat. And that time it was OK. Apparently it was a rare occasion, because general reviews about cleanliness are very good.

If you have an early flight, Aerostay is a fantastic option. There's literally 50 metres from the reception to the check-in counters :) Also, one of the employees at the reception (I think Rose was the name?) was super friendly and helpful. Soundproofing in rooms is very good so you don't have to worry that you'll be woken up by an airplane. There aren't many anyhow, especially in the night...

Self-service breakfast is pretty OK comparing to other places we stayed in the US, but having an option of warm meal would be nice...

The hotel and room were new and clean.

Parking system was interesting. You receive a chit for each day of stay. That chit gets you out of Airport Long Term parking. If you come and go, you only get one day paid. After that, long term parking is on you. The hotel only has about 5 short term parking slots for checking in and out. If they are full, you have a problem.

I loved that It was a short walk indoors from the hotel lobby to the airport ticket counter. That the hotel wasn't overly expensive for this convenience That I couldn't even hear planes taking off and landing at all!!! That the young lady that greeted me at check-in was extremely kind and friendly

There wasn't a thing to not like.

Very clean and modern rooms. Our room faced the tarmac but only a few planes departed in the morning. Checkin was with Sara ( I think that was her name). One of our rooms was accidentally cancelled by Booking.com. Sara resolved quickly and we still got our two rooms. She did a great job. Hotel is attached to the airport if you need that access.

nothing major but you do have to park across the street in Long Term lot for the airport but your room rate covers this.
