The main reason we stayed there was because of the waterpark and pool, it was great that we had a room right by them. We all had a lot of fun and the kids loved swimming outside - especially since the pool was nice and warm. (One of my kids did not like how cold it was in the indoor pool). Breakfast was delicious and staff was very friendly and helpful.

The water to the slide was not on for a long time when we were in the water park. An employee finally walked through and we asked about it, he turned it on. By that time, we were heading out to the outside pool because the water was cold in the indoor pool. Other than that, our stay was great!

We stayed in the suite with our 3 grandchildren aged 3-10 and it was perfect. The room was huge! It seemed fresh and new. The waterpark was perfect for their age span, they spent hours in the water.

When we checked in we were not given our waterpark wristbands or pool towels (there aren't any available in the pool area). It's a large hotel so I had to find my way back to the front desk to get them. No one told us about the wifi, merely checked us in and gave us keys. There isn't any breakfast available which would have been nice.

We booked this hotel for the pool area. The pool was a hit with the kids. The slides and the kiddie area made eeryone happy. The hotel is under renovation it appears, but did not affect the access to the pool area. There were no towels however at the pool which made for a cold run back to the room . Otherwise amazing pool.

The restaurant prices were a little high for breakfast options. We had dinner at the hotel the night before and the food was good. But i couldn't justify $10 for a very small meal for the kids. Way cheaper to leave and go eat breakfast elsewhere.

I like being on the outskirts of Sioux Falls. The room was a good size for my family. The beds were very comfortable. Nice access to food with the bar and grill right there and the other restaurant that is in the hotel. Very nice features.

The big slide water park was not working so all the bigger kids were in the little kids side of the pool so it was crowded when I tried taking the kids to the pool. The pool water was really cold in the inside pool.

The rooms were great! They were large, clean, and neat! The kids love the pool. We even had to go the morning before we left because they loved it so much. I loved that it was not too deep so the kids could do most of it on their own. It was clean and big. The check in staff were very nice and accommodating.

We had car trouble the morning we were to leave and the front desk lady was not very friendly when I called to see if anyone had jumper cables. We also asked if we needed to stay a little later then check out time if that would be ok and she was not nice about it. We were just trying to get on the road and needed a little extra assistant and she was not friendly.

The room was beautiful, clean and nicely furnished. Beds were comfortable. The pools were outstanding, clean and fun!

A couple of the table umbrellas at the outdoor pool were broken, not enough shade for the adults.

huge parking lot easy to accommodate any vehicle including our 26 foot uhaul with vehicle trailer attached. Awesome indoor pool with mini water park great for kids and an outdoor pool as well. Good free breakfast included!

the suite seems a little outdated and the bathroom was small.

It has 2 pools. One inside and one outside.

That there were no cameras inside the indoor pool area. There’s a water slide and a bunch of kids were walking up the slide instead of going down it.

comfy bed and nice selection for breakfast - lovely breakfast dining area, too

air conditioner in the room occasionally got really loud and the shower curtain smelled bad (urine?) could hear casual conversation from neighbors

The stay was nice and staff was helpful but when we checked in booking had told us in room details it was a suite which had 2 queen beds and a couch sleeper. We did not and paid for it..
