The staff was very friendly and informative. I received text reminders for parking and checkout. The room was gorgeous and the furniture was comfortable. The location was perfect - we had a riverside room and were able to enjoy the arch at night and the ducks in the morning. We were also really close to downtown so we were able to walk and bar-hop.

The parking situation was very rough because the lot was so small and cramped. The shower took a little bit to drain and could have used a deeper scrub. I miss the days when hotels had vending machines at the end of hallways for late-night snacks and toiletries.

Thank you to the fantastic staff. They were helpful, personable, and professional. My mom and I had a perfect time and walked to the bandshell and enjoyed a concert and the sites. An unexpected surprise was the complementary coffee in the lobby, and the breakfast. Thanks to all of the staff, and congrats on your establishment. I've traveled the world and would be comfortable staying as a solo female traveler at your place.

No complaints. Neighbors were a bit rowdy but it was 4th of July weekend and they were clearly having a much needed vacation. Would easily stay again.

The location of the hotel was perfect. We were downtown on the Big Sioux River right next to the Arc of Dreams on the River path. Cory made the check-in very easy, and Josh was also very helpful. At first it appeared that parking might be an issue, but there was a very large lot adjacent to the hotel that we could use. The room was a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. There was a good variety at breakfast.

We wish that the bathtub/shower had more grab bars for safety, and that the toilet would have been higher.

Very nice and beautiful hotel close to the Sioux Falls. Our room was like an apartment with a living room and a room to sleep which gave our baby son lots of areas to explore. Plus we could look at the river from our room through nice big windows. Breakfast was outstanding, bacon was very crispy and there were several fresh and healthy options. Parking right in front of the hotel. The city appears to be rather safe in the downtown area. Most employees were very friendly and helpful, besides one receptionist.

Unfortunately we were "welcomed" by a very unfriendly employee who did not want to engage into explaining which places should be visited in the city and rather focused on telling us what is prohibited and not allowed in the hotel. We also don't understand why the coffee in the lobby is only available until noon. The breakfast room is quite small, but that didn't turn out to become a problem.

The property had limited space to make all of the various amenities work, and I have to say they pulled it off. The Falls Landing restaurant exceeded expectations and was great quality. The rooms were clean. Every level of Staff was friendly. The breakfast was full of name brand cereals, milks, yogurts, muffins and hot food. Great value here.

You can tell a lot of work has been done over the years to keep the property modern. For the price point, the elevator had random screws sticking out, old flooring. The room doors were extremely heavy and slammed behind you. It just felt like certain requirements to keep the Radisson name were forced, so it resulted in hurried work . The location and friendly staff made up for the years of wear and tear and history of the property.

Front desk Cole and the lady that ran breakfast were the only staff members I had a direct contact with, both we're excellent. Breakfast was well beyond what I expected from a "freebie". The facilities were very clean.

Parking at hotel was tight (although there is a neighbouring lot that had many spaces available I did not find that out till I was at front desk). The floor in our room sloped, the ceiling had a crack, this gave the impression that although the building was modern the structure itself was slipping.

Have stayed here before and loved it, and this is my go-to place for Sioux Falls. Staff here are so friendly, and check-in was a breeze. It’s super, super, super clean and you can tell that housekeeping is on top of it. The room is comfy, fridge and microwave works well, television had so many channel options, it felt like more than a hundred channels almost? Was pretty amazing. The breakfast here is great too - everything was so fresh, and the bacon, wow. Loved how they really put emphasis on the details, there were options for yoghurt, juice, tea, etc. It was all very well put together. The beds were soft and loved how the soap and shampoo were good products. Can’t wait to come back!! ;)

The beds could have been a tad higher? But that would be my only tiny issue. Not a deal breaker really :)

I was given a lovely room on the top floor overlooking the river! Bed was super comfy and the room spotless. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty!

Parking was limited. Also, there was not 1 but 2 youth sports teams in residence. Lots of noise and excitement in the halls and a huge back-up for breakfast. Lastly, the property is downtown and with all the road construction and limited signage, getting back on I-90 was a challenge

This location is top notch. Right along the riverwalk, close to downtown and bike path. The breakfast was wonderful and the woman who was working in the dining area was so kind, efficient and helpful. 24/7 coffee in the lobby! The room was spacious, clean and smoke-free. Front desk staff was helpful with questions we had about the area. I would stay here again.

No issues during our stay.

Stayed for one night and it was a nice stay. We arrived close to check in at 3pm so we were able to park right out front, but they have an extra lot. Breakfast was good! They had flavored creamer!

The pool is small and not long enough to swim laps. It was also very shallow so nice for a quick dip. We were told not to walk on the riverwalk path near the hotel so we did have to detour around to the other side.
