The location. Friendly staff on all shifts.

The bathroom looked a little rough with a sloppy paint job and trim. No cups or ice bucket available without going back down to the lobby. No information pamphlet for available services, checkout requirements and local options for food delivery.Also the side entry way had the same large mud (or something) on the floor that you had to avoid, for our entire stay.

Beds were comfortable, accessible bathroom was large and easy to use, I liked the nightlight feature on the hairdryer. Breakfast was good and our boys enjoyed the salt water pool.

It took a long time for desk attendant to come, I think she was having her dinner. When I asked for additional towels, she gave me the small pool towels. The lobby had a moldy smell. Dad said his room was freezing when we got there.

We booked at Sleep Inn last minute for $116 in the clarksville area as it is close to nashville but much better in hotel prices. Its still a new build so everything was clean. Our only disappointment was that the included breakfast was granola bars, fruits, or cinnabon packed - they were not serving full breakfast- I would understand during the pandemic but questionable for July 2021

The bed was comfortable.

When I arrived at 2:45 the girl working said, you can’t check in until 3, and was rather rude with her comments. I had put on my reservation I’d arrive between 2-3, but I honestly just felt like she didn’t want to “work”, but wE waiting for 3 pm so she could leave and someone else would have to do the work

The beds were very comfortable-not too soft and not too hard. Breakfast was good with several selections, both cold and hot. Everything was very clean.

Would like to have some gluten-free and dairy-free options on the breakfast, or at least have labeling by the items so we can see if there are allergens in them.

Everything was perfect! My husband loved Cracker Barrel within walking distance.

The color of the wall, orange is my least favorite color.

very easy to get to from the expressway and was located very close to my family

also, it was not in a highly populated spot of traffic, so it was very easy to get in and out and very close to Clarksville, so it was very easy to go to any restaurants in any stores that I needed to shop at

Bed was very comfortable and the cleaning lady was so kind ! Everyone was nice.

Loved the convenient location and it hit all the marks! Clean room, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Would stay there again and recommend it to family and friends.

We didn't actually do the breakfast but we found everything to be clean, the staff very friendly and the whole experience awesome and will be back when we visit our family again!

I was quite happy with my experience so I would say don't change a thing! :)
