Nice Clean Convienient location

The fact that I had already reserved and paid for my room on booking.com for fast easy check in But when I got there I had to pay a $200 cash deposit . It was refunded the next morning but I had to show my receipt as well as Wait for the housekeeper to check the room out. Using booking.com calls for fast and easy check in and check out,,had I not been able to afford the $200 cash deposit I would’ve just been inconvenienced and had to wait to be refunded for the room.. They should inform people of this that use 3rd party booking. I had a migraine when I got there,,I just wanted to get to my room.I got the room cause I was driving and my migraine got so bad I couldn’t drive anymore. I was soooo inconvenienced when I got there. After all that though,, the room was really nice and cozy..

It's very convenient to the interstate, a restaurant across the road and gas station. The rooms for the most part was very clean. Some of the bed sheets did have some stains and cig burns on them. We was in a smoking 4oom so I imagine that it happens alot. And they wasn't bad enough to need changed.

They allowed us to extend our check out till 1130 and at 1128ish house keeping was opening our door to come out. We was packed and walking out but was a little rude. Also, we was on the bottom floor and the people staying on the top floor would could out on the balcony to smoke, again NO big deal but they tossed there cig butts into the parking lot and I took 4 Newport butts off the hood of my car. It wasn't done on purpose they was just tossing them bc there's no ash trays inside or outside the smoking rooms. I, myself had to make a ashtray out of a cup and water the 2 times we have stayed here.

The beds were comfortable, it was quiet even though it was right off the highway you didn't hear anything. The laundry room was cheap, but bring quarters as they don't do change and the gas station next to it gets cranky when people go get some from them, other than that it was a good stay didn't have any problems the 5 days we were there. The maids were really nice and stayed on top of our room and always asked if we needed anything stocked before we had to ask. There is plenty of parking and a pool.

The ceiling was a bit cracked in the bathroom but nothing bad, and there were a couple of cockroaches but only saw 2 never saw anymore after those two.

The facilities were a little outdated but the property appears to be working on that. When we first pulled in I was thinking I should have booked elsewhere However after checking in and the room was updated, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again! Also, they had cinstruction trailer around front but we were never disturbed by construction noise. Great staff also. There is a Waffle House and convenient store acorss street within walking distance.

Appearance on outside was not astheically pleasing due to construction trailer and flower beds not maintained but still does not affect comfort.

I appreciated the hotel was located next to the interstate with easy off and on. The price was fair! ….as I needed inexpensive accommodations for a few hours rest traveling thru the Knoxville area. The hotel was perfect and met that need… but I certainly would not recommend the hotel for accommodations fir a long stay or vacation

What I did not like was the poor, little to none breakfast… choices were few! Ran out of food… with not enough food quantity to feed all guest! Breakfast was certainly not as advertised on booking.com! Basically… The hotel is tired! … it needs a face lift and a through cleaning. A coat of paint and a deep cleaning would do wonders for the place! Staff needs customer service training … as they are very unfriendly and actually somewhat rude.

Close to downtown Bed was comfortable Staff was very nice

Room needs a deep cleaning Bathroom floor had hair stuck to toilet bottom and wall behind toilet Air conditioner vents were thick with dust didn't turn on due to this. Deep sticky dirt around wall edges at floor Carpet was damp PAID more on Booking.com than price in person $82 a night in person Paid $135 per night and site said few hotels in area for the time period we needed I'll call hotel first before booking with booking.com !!!!!

The location was adequate. It was an older property, but was comfortable with a comfortable chair and ottoman. Breakfast was adequate, but would have been better with cereal.

Had a King Smoking room, but they did not have an ashtray. I had to go out and buy a cheap ashtray! would have been nice for them to provide ashtray.

The electrical outlets in the main room did not work. Neither did the outlets associated with the bedside chest. The area behind the bedside chest needs a good cleaning. Discovered the filth while attempting to find a working outlet.

I loved that a liquor store was across the street along with a Waffle House. I had clean sheets an toilet paper so I don’t know what else anyone could ask for. Plenty of pretty women around as I seen checking the mailbox just up the road. Will stay again for sure

There really wasn’t a breakfast. It ended way too early and there was just cereal and coffee.

Not enough pillows and a lot of homeless people everywhere look like crackheads For the price, it ended up being we’ve gotten better for way less
