location, price, very clean, large selection of breakfast items, linens were plush in bathroom, bedding was comfortable. pool was small but great for kids to play in. we had a balcony room with just standard plastic furniture but it was clean and seating was comfortable. elevator was good, clean and areas were well lit. HVAC was quiet and kept room comfortable. tv had wide selection of programs. wifi was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. overall a good value for the money

could be noisy with Parkway traffic. towel bar kept falling off wall. tv remote could be a bit tricky.

I loved the idea of a non-smoking facility!! The room smelled fresh and I could not tell if someone had smoked in the room before. Usually when I get a non smoking room, I can tell someone has smoked in it! Very nice facility. Loved the view of the river and the nice well kept grass and trees. It was beautiful. easy access to our room from the car. thanks for a pleasant stay!

There was a lot of traffic. I was wishing we were further down the road but being at this hotel was worth it! We found a back road to take with less traffic.

Location

Uncomfortable bed. When booking, the request was for a view room. Upon check-in, an additional fee was required for a view room. Charging more was a disappointment due to advance booking and the length of stay (clearly a view room was available since I reluctantly agreed to an upgrade fee). The two encounters with the front desk staff (check-in and change request for laundry) was somewhat uncomfortable.....both of your representatives could have been more friendly.

For $100 bucks taxes and all I thought the hotel was an amazing value. Everything was clean which is all I care about when I stay in a hotel. Outdated aesthetics never bothered me like some people I'm not an interior decorator like some people want to act like. I want cleanliness and this is exactly what I got. Will definitely stay there again when I go back to Pigeon Forge. I about forgot about the shower stall. I'm a taller person so when I got in the shower and saw that the spout wasn't at chest level felt great.

The shower stall was a little small. While it was a taller shower stall up and down which I appreciated a lot. The side to side was very skinny. I'm a normal weight person and had a couple of inches left on both sides but if I weighted a bit more then I wouldn't have been able to shower in this stall.

Top floor had the best view, but also have the hot tubs!!! The hotel is right on the strip, so everything is close by. The staff was super nice and helpful.

Clean the hot tubs, or clean them better. I had to clean it myself since it had a filth ring around it. That was very concerning……I did have a kind envelope saying Aaron was my cleaner. Everything else looked clean but since the hot tub looked sketchy I re-cleaned everything else.

The room was very clean and the motel is quiet. Nice view from the balcony. The breakfast was good with several items to pick from.

This was our 3rd stay here. This was the first time that I’ve had to pay a $150 damage deposit. There was nothing mentioned during the booking procedure from Booking.com nor in the motel policy that a deposit (refundable) would be required. It would’ve been nice to have been made aware of it in advance. The staff at the front desk weren’t very pleasant. Not rude, but could definitely be more friendly and welcoming.

Most of the people were friendly and understanding when it came to those of us with disabilities. The Facility was very clean. It was for the most part accessible.

Some of the staff didn't seem to like their jobs. They seem to act as if the customers were bothering them and that we were interrupting their way of doing things, such as when things were starting to run out at breakfast and you brough it to their attention.

The staff went above and beyond for us during this stay! we decided to stay an extra night after staying 4 nights… we went and talked to the front desk late at night the night of our last stay. we we’re sad to discover the type of room we were in was not available for the next day but they had a double Queen available and they discussed with us the room rate and after we agreed that this sounded good we let them know we would take the new room in the morning. we explained that we had wanted to get a early-ish start as we were driving an hour away to go off roading for day and we needed our new room as early as possible. They told us they would get one ready for us as soon as one became available and cleaned. By 9:00 the front desk had called us to let us know room was ready and we could come down to sign for it. About 10 minutes later there was a knock at the door and the girl from the front desk had delivered our new room keys and had paperwork for us to sign! we were moved over in our new room and on our way by 9:30! it was so above and beyond! I can’t say enough of how wonderful they were. It is clean and well maintained! Hotel also has ideal location!

The room was nice size and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable. The fridge came in handy to keep our water and other drinks cool.

Parking! Please put up signs to direct customers around building and underneath. When patrons check in after dark and are unfamiliar with your property you should let them know. Also the outside light on patio is way too bright. Light trickles in when trying to sleep.

location was great and easy to find, on the main road and right on little pigeon River! Our morning views of the river were beautiful and peaceful! the bed slept great and was clean and comfortable! hot tub was operable and very clean, you could smell the beach, but it was not overwhelming! I didn’t even realize we had a fireplace till we got there! We did not need it for warmth, as we stayed in august, but it was fun to turn on for a minute to watch! It added to the laid back and comfortable ambience. We had a great get away!

the hot tub was a little small, as my husband is 6 ft!
