I love sliding barn doors, but not on the bathroom door. It's open on both sides of it. That was awkward and I've been married for twenty years!

Sorry, I reversed these. Great location. Great breakfast! Nicely decorated and updated! The manager that was there on Saturday morning, march 18th was the nicest person we've ever had the pleasure of meeting!

I like that this property is close to a lot of attractions. It was rebuilt so its like new and clean. The breakfast was good also.

There was a minor issue with the bathroom door being off the hinge. The maintenance guy could not fix it properly because he didn't have the right tool. He did the best he could. The GM at this property has yet to call me to listen to my feedback. I've never stayed at a hotel where the GM did not call me or take my call regarding a concern. I guess your guests are not important or maybe certain guest. It makes you wonder?? Christine, your guests are your Priority no matter how big or small an issue is; make time to speak to them!!!!

Location. I liked the fact that my kids had there own separate space upstairs in the loft.

Parking was sometimes difficult. We were lucky to be able to park underneath in the same spot with our suburban. One night we came in late and there were no spots left, motorcycles had taken up a bunch of spots which was very annoying. They parked one bike to a spot. The rooms that face the north end of Sevierville are very bright as the sign from the next hotel shined through the upstairs window. There should be some sort of shade for the very top windows in the rooms that have the loft. The doors to the rooms need a dampener on them, they slam very hard on their own and it is very loud. These did not ruin our trip by any means just observations. Overall, the room was very clean and spacious and I would stay here again.

If it wasn't for being with out water when we had a competition to be at was very aggravating. The staff did what they could. The breakfast was really good!! Best thing was the no complaints..We loved the variety they offered . It is bringing us back...

One elevator... Having to wait for the maids and the people coming and going got aggravating. People have to wait for a luggage cart. Ladies serving breakfast, one was really sweet and the other seemed to get an attitude because I told her the coffee canisters were out. But everyone has a bad day.. bed pillows were terrible... Needed at least six for each bed.

They had the most comfortable beds that I’ve slept on, in a hotel, in a long time, the staff was lovely, and everything was nice and clean.

The only downside, was that the bathrooms had sliding doors that left big gaps around it, when closed. I’m the kind of person who enjoys privacy when I’m on the toilet, or taking a shower, and will close and lock the door. My traveling companion, and I, remained near the beds, while the other used the bathroom, just to make each other feel comfortable. But I was truly surprised that a hotel would think that a lack of privacy is acceptable. That is the ONE thing that would prevent me from staying in the future.

Love the location, very clean and nice! Especially loved the spa tub in the room!

The balcony was almost lit too well, bugs were attracted to the lights which made it a little uncomfortable to enjoy at night.

I reserved over 25 rooms and everyone stayed and paid in full.. When I ask for a upgrade on my room it was denied. I also explain that I understand the room my be slightly higher but I was still denied. Before I asked for an upgrade I checked to make sure you guys had a better room available and there was. I feel like because I brought so many people and booked so many rooms the least you guys could do was upgrade my room. I have stayed at many hotels and resorts and the host always has the best room as a thank you.. I am also introducing more people to your hotel and letting them know about how awesome your hotel is... Over all everything was nice.....

It was clean. It was very convenient to a lot of things around pigeon forge. Easy to get to the hotel off of the main road. The breakfast was good. It was hot. You can make your own waffles. I enjoyed the balcony in the room. I also like that the rooms were designed for families.

I only had two complaints. There was no fresh fruit aside from a few oranges with the breakfast. Also, the water pressure was incredibly low. Barely came out of the shower head. I used a gallon bucket and the tub spout in order to get enough water to rinse well with.

staff was friendly, rooms were clean and well kept close to a lot of different things to do . will definitely come back and highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay here. A quick 3 day getaway from home. my favorite thing about this hotel were the people. Every single employee was kind and courteous. The beds were comfy, room was very clean, breakfast was great. Also, the property was recently updated, so very modern. We would definitely stay again!

The only downside would be for someone like me who is a light sleeper. It’s right on the parkway, so traffic noise kept waking me during the night (not the hotels fault) but something to consider if you’re a light sleeper. I would recommend requesting a room away from the road.
