I was quite happy they let me check in a night early after a bad experience at another hotel. Everything was was great. They have a security guard patrolling the parking area overnight. Their new raking rate is much more reasonable than other places.

I would have preferred an adjustable shower head over the rain shower style over the center of the tub but no problem.

Location was great for walking to Downtown which was 20 -30 minutes walk. Plenty restaurants in the Gulch neighbourhood. Bed was comfortable and room was good size. Plenty choice for breakfast. Omelette Station was busy. 24 hour coffee machine and cookies in the afternoon. Great massage chairs in the lobby. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Cleaning of the room could have been a bit better in that hoovering and dusting in addition to changing towels and making beds. Although we didn’t get room made up everyday we got clean towels and anything we needed, hoovering in particular would have been good. Not a big issue though

The massage chairs. The white breakfast female attendant was very kind and helpful

Unfortunately, some of the staff were not as friendly as other staff. Upon check out we were informed we would have extra charges for blood (from a shaving situation) on the towels and sheets. While this was true we did not have a messy room or damage ANY items in the hotel. The hotel should be able and MUST clean bodily fluids. The manager said it was "EVERYWHERE" which is untrue and false. In fact, the sheets already had holes in them and it was obvious they were trying to make money. If this hotel cannot clean their towels and sheets from bodily fluids - this is an issue. Never in 50 years of staying in hotels has this EVER happened.

I think this is the first property we have stayed at not owned by Wyndham and was by far, THE BEST. The room was laid out logically and thoughtfully, with extra plug-ins where you need them. Everything in the room had a purpose. Full length mirror inside the door, with additional hooks off one of the sides. The headboard had a ledge for you to set items; the nightstand was floating with extra plugs-in located underneath. It was wonderful having extra space between the two beds not taken up by a cabinet. The TV was mounted to the wall as to not take up valuable counter space, with another ledge to set items on located below. The desk even had a concave portion to set items that you don’t want to roll off. They provided large, overstuffed pillows (3 for each Queen bed with a lumbar pillow) that put the tiny square Wyndham pillows to shame. The bathroom was gorgeous with very powerful flushing toilets and a waterfall shower head (still with a tub!) located in the middle. Great amenities with an omelet bar and other breakfast options, plus a high tech coffee machine available for free 24/7. The vending machine even took Apple Pay. Everything about this place was amazing. It was located in Music Row and was close enough to everything, although maybe not within walking distance (at least for us). Staff was excellent!

Trade-off for powerful flushing toilets is the sound. It’s pretty loud. You can hear others flushing toilets when walking down the hallways. The air conditioner was set to blow directly on one side of one of the Queen beds. The only option to avoid this was to turn the air completely off. Wifi was good, but not powerful enough to load Roblox games (according to my kid). Daily parking fees of $15 for their off-street lot, which was not in a ramp.

Room nicely furnished and very comfortable, with fridge and coffee maker, pool very clean and towels provided, breakfast tasty and plentiful, location not bad, but a taxi ride into the Broadway area of Nashville, bit too far for us to walk as involved crossing two busy roads, probably ok if younger and fitter . Good car parking, with plenty of spaces. Reception staff friendly, free coffee available all the time in reception and cookies in the afternoon, plus a little shop for snacks, washing powder etc All in all a good choice

Just a bit too far to walk downtown.

The breakfast was fantastic and lots to choose from. The biscuits were hot, soft, and fluffy, which was a relief from the hotel we stayed at on the way down with their hockey puck biscuits. The room was very clean. Maintenance was responsive (no remote in room upon check-in). Bed was extremely comfortable. The pillows are strangely shaped as squares, but they ended up being very comfortable. Absolutely loved the rainfall shower in the bathroom!

Did not like that we had to pay an extra $10 per day for parking. We spent good money to stay there, just thought it would be a nice extra if it was free since parking is at a premium in Nashville. The omelet breakfast was really hyped up, so it would have been nice to have more options and actually have them stocked to have some variety during a multi-night stay. Bacon only (no ham or other meats), raw white onions, green peppers (yuck), tomatoes (sorry we ran out), mushrooms (sorry, out of those also) and cheese. They ran out of biscuits one morning, which was disappointing because they were so good and I was looking forward to them. Hotel can be a little tricky to get to when following GPS since you have to make an abrupt turn and end up going on the interstate if you miss it.

The location was great. The one comfort was a security guard in the parking lot.

The noise is nonstop. This was a significant problem because I was unable to rest or sleep.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was ugly, with stupid stuff painted on the walls. The shower head was in the ceiling and not on the walls, and there were no other rooms with a normal shower head. The beds were extra firm (not good) and the pillows were ridiculously soft (no pillows support at all). The toilet sounded like a rocket blasting off when it was flushed.

The check in was fast and easy. We got a room upgrade when we arrived for no extra charge because the room we had booked was on the first floor and it was given to a person with special needs. Our room was cozy, the view was nice. I was very surprised at how quiet it was. The hotel was full and it was noisy in the hallway but we couldn't hear the noise inside our room. Breakfast was very good. I was excited about the omelette station. :) The server was friendly.

The "hot food" on the breakfast buffet was cold.

The location is close enough to downtown that you can drive there and be there in minutes. Some adventurous people may walk, but we didn't. The breakfast is really good; they have a yummy omelet station in which someone makes your omelet while you choose the ingredients. Just get there early for that; if you wait until 9:00 or so, it will be busy. They also had biscuits and sausage gravy, sausage patties, breakfast potatoes, and waffles along with the usual cereal, bagels, and such. The rooms were a nice size with a fridge and microwave. The outdoor pool looked nice from our window, but we didn't take time to swim this trip. We chose this place to be "closer" to downtown, and the price of parking at the hotel was only $10 compared to others in downtown that were $25 and up per day. You will have to pay to park downtown unless you go after 6:00 p.m. and get lucky with a meter spot, which we did twice--once on Saturday and once on Sunday. This was a great place to stay with our 12-year-old, and we would certainly stay here again.

Paying to park in the hotel's parking lot which is just an uncovered lot. If you weren't so close to downtown, it'd be free parking.
