Room was very spacious, staff very friendly, and fairly close to Broadway. We got this room for a discounted price, I would stay there again if I could pay the same discounted price, but not for the original price.

Washroom wasn’t 100% clean. There was residue of old vomit (or other similar substance) on top of the drawers, shower still had hair on the wall from previous guest and party streamer around the drain. There was no garbage can in the kitchen and the “change filter” light was on in our fridge water dispenser. Not enough hangers in the closet.

The apartment is so nice and as solo female traveller, I felt safe in the building and the surrounding areas. Great bars and pubs nearby without the craziness of downtown Broadway. Close enough to The Gulch to walk for shopping.

Closer attention to detail by housekeeping would be good. While the apartment was generally clean, there was 1/2 a cracker under the bed and popcorn kernels under the coffee table. The ceiling fan could also do with a dusting. I would also suggest a curtain option over the bedroom door. For a light sleeper, there was a lot of light coming through from the street lights and early morning sun. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the balcony as there were people on lower floors on their balcony smoking pot.

We loved the location and size of the place.

We didn’t like that the pool area was not cleaned often enough. No pool towels available in the mornings. We had to ask every day for coffee pods, dishwasher and washing machine stuff. Also we didn’t have all our cutlery in our drawer so we had to ask for some. Staff was great but felt that we should have had enough supplies for our 5 days there. There was poop in the hallway and my sister cleaned it up. No extra garbage bags, no where to take garbage. We also believe plastic cups should be in the rooms as they are required in the pool area.

It was very modern and super clean. The pool atmosphere was awesome, the staff had actually came out to the pool and gave all the adults a free beer of their choice-which was awesome! When we arrived we had issues getting into our rooms because the keypad wasn’t working and the staff was super accommodating and helpful with that. They also let us check in early which was great too!

Location wasn’t amazing.. when you initially look at the place on a map it doesn’t seem like it’s far from Broadway.. which it isn’t- but it’s definitely too far to walk. Nashville is hilly and it was HOT.. it’s miserable to walk especially after you’ve been drinking. Otherwise I have no complaints! Uber was cheap enough to go back and forth from the hotel to Broadway.

My sister and I stayed here for a few days while exploring Nashville. We liked that it was our own space, had a kitchen and we could make our own food. The location was awesome, close enough to downtown and affordable. The staff were super helpful and friendly whenever we had any questions or issues.

During our stay the fire alarm starting chirping at 4 am and wouldn’t stop this was pretty annoying. We had to go downstairs and get some help ( staff were wonderful). Other than having a rough first night sleep everything was great.

The staff was nice. Curb appeal was up to standards.Clean rooms with all the essentials. It was nice having washer and dryer. Plenty of closets,electrical outlets and switches. Maintenance man on duty. Huge swimming pool. Bring your flippers because you will need them.Huge bath tub What else can I say. The housekeepers were very nice. They have gym and recreation room. The patio is real nice also with a grill,fire pits. What more would you plus private parking. Best of all it's on Music Row.

The last night I was awakened by hard shoes pacing back and forth on the floor. It was tiring ride home.

I liked the location very convenient to The Gulch and music row bars BUT due to construction Broadway scene isnt walkable. Needed an Uber every day which was disappointing. I liked the pool & the community room was nice although we didn’t use it. Places were 2 bedrooms so good for group.

The construction which closed access to Broadway. Is not walkable! Ubers home we’re $45 from Broadway

The apartment was such a great size and had all of the amenities you could want. I adored the fridge/freezer with the ice and water dispenser, coming from the UK to such hot weather this was brilliant. There were a lot of little touches that just made the apartment just so great. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The only negative I had was the aircon sometimes got too cold and we weren't able to figure out how to control it.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Nice kitchen area, super comfortable bed, and huge walk-in shower. Parking garage is gated and secure.

Wifi was poor. We had hoped to enjoy pizza and a movie our first night but poor service nixed our plans. The apartment and building itself is very quiet but there were noises all through the night and very early morning-sirens, trucks emptying dumpsters, cars revving engines, etc. I would refrain from staying at this property again based solely on the fact my daughter and I did not get much sleep the two nights we were there due to the external noise.

I really liked the location of the Hotel. It is downtown but not right in the middle of the chaos of Nashville. The rooms were ultra modern and comfortable with full kitchens and washer and dryers.

They cold of had the Fire Pit working especially during the time we were there on a beautiful springlike winter evenings. The TV was not working unless you had a degree in Apple. Parking was nice since it was on property but a tad expensive. The walls in the shower could have been cleaned a tad more because the grout was stained in some places. The keys to the doors were all codes, not a bad thing but 4 times the key pad did not work so I opted for a key instead.
