The location was perfect for my needs. The room was clean, as was the entire building. Staff was super friendly. I liked having an on-site laundry facility too.

Through no fault of their own, the street side rooms are LOUD. West End seems to be the drag strip of Nashville. Bring earplugs just in case. Bed was a little soft for me but might work for others. The wallpaper in my room was peeling in several places, and the electric shades on the upper windows didn't work, so the room got bright, early. On Friday evening, after a very long, hard day, I wanted a glass of wine, and the bartender was MIA. After about a 10 minute wait, I left.

Booked well in advance to guarantee a room and lock in a low rate. It was a wise choice! We arrived 90 minutes ahead of check-in time but they had a room ready for us. Room was large and clean. Very comfortable bed. Very friendly service, large indoor pool and complimentary breakfast. Also has in-house laundromat and a fitness center.

Carpet was a little dated, but that's it. Everything else was perfect.

Breakfast was a bit small, but overall good. Employees at the desk were all nice, helpful, friendly. Fairly walkable location.

There is no service/employee elevator, so there were a few times we waited like five minutes for one or would have to jam in with housekeeping carts. The rolling bathroom door was broken. The parking garage is an expensive and a bit of a mess.

When I booked the 2 rooms through Booking I was told I would pay at the hotel once I arrived When we arrived, however, I was surprised to find out the rooms had already been charged to my credit card...

The bathroom door to shower had no handle and the water came out of the shower slow. The doors slammed shut when you open the door to your room.

We didn't know you had to request room cleaning. We were ther a few days so got towels from room service

We loved our stay here! Spacious enough for me, my three kids, and my boyfriend! Loved how clean and wonderfully smelling everything about the hotel was. Right in the middle of all the night life and nice dining restaurants! We can’t wait to stay here again!

It was a little confusing trying to find the parking, but it wasn’t bad at all.
