I liked that they had a shuttle that took you into downtown Nashville. This way I did not have to hassle with parking spots and traffic. Also, this allowed myself and the group to be picked up and dropped off whenever we felt like we needed a break or wanted to go out and explore.

My room was a little warm the first night there. After that though the room started to cool down and become more comfortable. The shower door had a piece that was a little loose. Other than that there are no complaints.

Had its own restaurant & bar with fabulous bartenders. Breakfast was included and it was very good. Room was nice and bed was comfy. The shower had THE BEST water pressure and we LOVED that! Provided free shuttle service to Broadway and that came in very handy!

The view could have been a little better but it was still nice. There was one female worker who worked at the front desk and drove the van one day and she acted inconvenienced a lot, like she had no time for us. Kind of disappointing as all other employees were super nice. Maybe extend the free shuttle service beyond 9:00 pm.

The shuttle and drivers were great. The front desk staff were great (especially Kenny- even though he’s a Michigan fan 😂). After we went to our room and found out the a/c wasn’t working to our likeness, Kenny personally came up and tried to help us, then moved us to another room so we wouldn’t have to go back down to the lobby with all our stuff. He was great! Breakfast was very good and they kept it well stocked the entire breakfast time.

The bathroom vent fan didn’t seem to have much power and made the bathroom very damp unless we purposely pushed the door totally open and propped it. That was my only complaint.

Overall very friendly staff, especially at check-in, letting us know of all the available services and hours of operation. The room was great with a decent bed. We took advantage of the free shuttle a couple times -- it was very convenient! Great location for not being right downtown, and I love that we got free parking with easy access to our car at all times. Booking this place was much better than an Air BnB with all the extra fees.

We wish the shuttle did drop-offs a bit later, like 10pm (latest is 9pm). Completely understand not wanting to shuttle people too late but we had a transition between a wedding and downtown reception where it would have been nice to use the shuttle. We also probably would have used the hotel bar if it was a little more modern -- the bright green lighting seemed outdated, and it wasn't in a very cozy location of the hotel. Also, our view wasn't great but we didn't ask for anything special.

Breakfast had lots of choices and was very good. The shuttle was exceptional for the days we went downtown. Otherwise we drove or took taxis. The rooms were great and the beds were comfy. We chose to only have our room cleaned every few days but the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to ensure we had clean towels and supplies.

Unfortunately, the pool is not used often. It needs a resurfacing. It is awkward to get to it as you have to go through the bar/restaurant. Otherwise it was a perfect size and the water temp was great.

Really nice hotel for the value, quiet , clean rooms, friendly staff, safe parking. This was my second time staying at the clarion I will be back for sure.

The only thing I can say I don’t like was that the pool closed to early, and I feel the pool should be drained and acid washed in the time that it’s closed. The bottom and sides of the pool are turning a yellowish brown even though the water was clean it needs to be drained and scrubbed. They should allow you to have something to eat or drink while you hanging in the pool area .

Location right off the highway, free parking and shuttle to Broadway, a security guard monitors the parking lot at night and the pool was clean and comfortable- quite big actually. The rooms were pretty big, and the fridge and heating/cooling were not too loud. Breakfast had a nice variety and was well stocked on the days we were there. Elevators were fast, and cleaning service was good, hallways smelled nice.

The pool wasn't monitored and even though signs clearly said no food or beverages, it seems like people specifically brought food and drinks from the bar in. Also outdoor tables where people smoked were by the pool and you'd get waves of marijuana smoke in the pool. Not really the hotel's fault.

Everything was good. We liked the size of the room. The bar and breakfast area were nice. Good view out the window. We were doing a lot of touristy things during the day so we weren't around much then.

The only thing I would have liked to have seen was more of a variety of hot breakfast foods. Like, vary it from day to day. I know you always have to have biscuits and gravy but have something else to change up with the scrambled eggs and sausage. Like omlets and bacon or something like that.

Very convenient location. We needed a place to stay overnight because my husband had back to back follow up appointments at Skyline and we also wanted to go downtown and walk because this was his first time in Nashville besides being hospitalized.

The room we were in didn't really hold up to what we were expecting because the lobby was so nice. Our room had patched holes in the wall. There was hairs in one of the beds and also like rust or something in the bottom of the show with hair as well. My husband and I also chose this hotel for the indoor pool so we could swim with our 6month old and we were assuming it was heated since it was indoors but I don't believe it was because the water was pretty chilly.

Staff was super nice, they even called to make sure I was satisfied with the room, we would definitely stay again. I’m not ever one to complain and we were just there one night however I would liked to have a view other than the pool room #202. Since we were only there for 1 night , so just a bed to sleep in was satisfactory ❤️ you guys have a shuttle

My room it was exceptionally clean except on the bed closest to bathroom there were hairs on the outside of comforter other than that it was emasculate . I’ve worked in hotels the hair just could be stuck from the dryer however they were big enough the housekeeping supervisor should have checked this room hair was quit visible. Breakfast was ok I would like to see bacon added, and the orange juice was gross, it tasted very watered down.
