Beautiful house with a calm, cool, welcoming atmosphere that is exactly what you want from a guesthouse over a hotel! Free parking was such a plus and all a safe location. Beds were incredible, rooms were perfect. Staff were very friendly and informative, so homely but not intrusive at all. Loved the location- we enjoyed being 20 minutes walk from downtown and also Germantown had enough bars/restaurants if you wanted a quiet one. I’d recommend 100%!

Our experience at the Germantown Inn was incredible!! The staff was genuinely kind, friendly, and went above and beyond. They allowed us to check-in early and given that my husband is pretty tall, they upgraded our room from a queen size to a king size. It was unexpected, but such a nice gesture! The room was beautiful, clean, with lovely interior design details (the wallpapers, for example, are too cute!!), as well as the bathroom. I also loved the fact that the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, but not too far from downtown, and there are some really good eateries in the area (first and foremost, Monell's, which serves excellent breakfast). This is one the best hotels I have ever stayed in my many years of traveling. I will recommend it to any of my friends and family traveling to Nashville

Everything was great!!!

Love the laid-back quiet of the setting and neighborhood. Also love the preservation-mindedness. The cobbler's 1897 house makes for interesting history. Bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. The happy hour and charcuterie were a nice touch. Breakfast too.

The lengthy door codes were a bit inconvenient (first world problems, I realize). There was a slight musty smell in our room.

Location is excellent. Can walk close by to more than 8 restaurants. 31 in the area. Can walk to free TN History museum and Farmer’s Market - 2 blocks. Free parking on grounds. Street too. Continental quiche muffin fruit breakfast included plus little happy hour each day at 5 pm. Splendid.

The location was great! Parking was included. Along with the free breakfast, they also gave me a really nice charcuturie box when I arrived for a snack. All of the staff I met were warm, friendly, and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

My room didn't have a full length mirror. The bathroom sink was a little clogged so the sink drained very slowly. The price of the room was very high compared to other times but I think that might have been because Taylor Swift was performing that night. It was still less costly than every other option I found closeby that was nice.

Excellent and friendly staff. Nice common areas with good food offerings at breakfast and at the late afternoon wine hour. Good location in this part of Nashville and within walking distance of restaurants. Very comfy bed and nice bathroom. Great towels!

Access to the second floor from the parking area needs to be easier and made safer. Railings are splintered wood and the metal edges of the post toppers are sharp. The air was stale upon arrival inside the room but remedied quickly by turning on the air unit. The linens may need updating.

The rooms were perfect, cozy, clean, and beautiful. It's an older building with beautiful charm all with in a safe walking distance f4om lots of food and beverage options. The staff was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to be around. Since they have only about a dozen rooms things were always quiet around and comfy.

The parking is hard to figure out and the building isn't very well marked. Also since it is an old building when people are around the sound proofing isn't the best. However none of these would stop us from staying here again.

Gorgeous small Inn superbly located. Easy to walk to local restaurants and into Broadway if that’s what you enjoy doing (we did!). Delicious breakfast and charcuterie hour. Would recommend to anyone visiting Nashville. Kind and generous welcome!

Very nice garden patio area as well as a rooftop patio. The room and the Bathroom were both nice. Breakfast was OK and was served from the kitchen to be eaten in the dining room. It was adequate, but not elaborate. A pleasant atmosphere throughout.

Found it difficult to get in. The front door was locked, so we needed to use a gate at the side. Parking in the back was not obvious.

Our stay here was wonderful! The location is perfect - we walked to restaurants each day. Great breakfast each day, plus an early evening charcuterie and wine hour. Loved sitting on their back patio listening to music and visiting with other guests. The staff went above and beyond - such a friendly, helpful group of people. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Nashville.
