Nice spacious and clean rooms. Staff were nice and helpful. Only a 10 min walk to Broadway. Very secure with keycard access to the lift. Bar and food until about 11pm.

Very new hotel! The room was very spacious & clean. The staff was great & friendly. The breakfast was delicious. We did grab a burger for dinner one night and it was also very good. It was about a 20 minute walk to Broadway or a $6 Uber. We would definitely stay again.

We would recommend trying to get an even number room. We had an odd number and the traffic from the highway kept me up every night. (Wouldn’t wake me up but when I inevitably woke up in the middle of the night it would keep me from falling asleep). And with that I wish you could put the AC to run the fan constantly because it did drown it out when it was on. Also beware if booking during and event at Nissian Stadium. The road in front of the hotel goes down to a one way so if you are trying to leave to go anywhere be prepared to deal with that. I would also liked to have had better/more pillows. Never understood the odd number of pillows hotels put on the bed.

Breakfast was wonderful. Best I have had since the pandemic. The staff were friendly and prompt. We stayed 3 nights and had enough variety that I had a 3 different meals. The rooms were roomy and the beds were very comfortable...I slept very well. The location was good and it was very easy to get in and out of .

The water pressure in the shower was not very good. The hotel was a overpriced in my opinion...but we were traveling last minute and the options were limited...I have never paid so much for 3 night stay and I have stayed at some upscale places. I closed my eyes and just booked and tried not to think of the cost.

We had a beautiful room overlooking Nashville, and the hotel was in walking distance of our granddaughter's apartment and downtown Nashville. The breakfast options were amazing, and the staff readily available to help and refill empty trays. I had never seen an automatic pancake maker, and this was a real treat.

The cable TV did not work properly, and I asked the desk to have someone take a look to see why the picture kept scrambling. I do not know if anyone checked it out, because it remained that way for all three days of our stay. Also, I do not know if I missed it, but I did not realize that we had to pay $25/night for parking. If you arrive using your own transportation, there is no other option.

Very good location for us( you'd have to be fairly mobile to walk in and out to Broadway , about twenty mins each way ). Breakfast was really good . Great gym and pool .

When we arrived we immediately noticed our sink was blocked. It was disgusting , it took ages to drain and left lots of dirt behind. We rang the front desk straight away . They didn't offer any help at all and we had to put up with this for the entire stay . Only one elevator working it was crazy , up to twenty minutes waiting in the morning for an elevator. There were animal hairs on the carpet in our room .

A modern hotel situated just across the river bridge from Broadway and right next to the football stadium. Despite proximity to the freeway, it was quiet and we slept well. The room was spacious enough and the shower worked well and beds were comfortable. The hotel has a bar that serves decent food, although that closes around 10.30 or 11.00pm. Plenty of food, beer and music available on Broadway until the early hours.

Nothing about the hotel. It seems though that music other than Country is now acceptable in Nashville and I blame Shania Twain for the gradual slide into 'pop'! Stick to AJ's bar (Alan Jackson) for pure Country.

Affordable yet still close to downtown. We stayed for a concert and it was a good location to be close enough to downtown that it didn’t take us long to get to but also far enough that we were in all the traffic and paying the downtown hotel prices. Quiet, clean and comfortable for the most part. Staff was friendly.

I might be partial because I love my bed at home but the bed wasn’t very comfortable to me. Also I left my body pillow downstairs somehow lol. I was already home so I never came back or even called for it but man I loved that body pillow haha. (Not a dislike about the property just wanted to add that incase whoever found it finds that funny lol)

THE BREAKFAST was so good!! 🍳 Many hotels only offer very fattening sweets for breakfast, if anything; this place had a good variety for healthy breakfast options. Very convenient location! You’re right across the river from downtown, but on the East Nashville side. The price was comparable to hotels near the airport, but MUCH closer to the places you’ll like to go.

The listing should’ve been more forthcoming about parking rates. Self-park in the garage is $25 per day, and street parking doesn’t really exist. Parking in Nashville is always a hassle, so I don’t fault the property for charging — just wish it would’ve been more transparent on the listing.

Breakfast met expectations. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to Broadway, and we had a wonderful time bar hopping and digging the live music. Nashville rocks!

Disappointed in the $30 parking fee, as I must have misread the Booking.com description to think parking was included. Construction barricades in the area made it a bit difficult to get across the pedestrian bridge to Broadway. I was very surprised at the noise level from the nearby highway in our room (we were on the 12th floor). The building is pretty new, and I would have expected better acoustic treatment by the architects.
