We paid in advance to make sure we had a room. 2 bed, 3 adults, they didn't have the room, they gave it to someone else. We had to wait a little over an hour for them to find us a room. We ended up with 2 different rooms on 2 different floors. That.being said the rooms were very clean and comfortable and they said we wouldn't be charged for the extra room..

The room was amazing! Way nicer than I anticipated since this was a spur of the moment trip and I just picked something lol so it was such a pleasant surprise to have picked somewhere so nice. Also, the lady who checked us in was so so nice!! We where there later in the day (I don’t remember her name) but she was the later shift and did amazing!

This was our first time in Nashville, and it was amazing!!! From the moment when I booked this hotel, I was impressed with them. I did request early check in, and they make it happen. When we arrived at check in Gordon was there and all I can say he is AMAZING!!! So professional so polity. Gordon and his stuff make our stay great, and you really do feel welcome there. We were in room 115 and that is the best room we stayed so far, clean, modern just like a small apartment! So cute! Facility offers all kind of amnesties, like gym, free laundry room to use, ... Amazing place! Big THANKS to Gordon and his stuff! I hope to see you again:):):)

The hotel was clean and the staff was very professional and courteous.

The hotel needs a better variety of food and snacks due to not having a kitchen. Also the complimentary tea (better variety) and the coffee was just okay.

Price and location easy to find and visit tourist spots. Front desk help

I extended our stay. Cleaning staff did not want to give us more towels.

The room is spacious and clean. Staff were really nice.

We didn't have towels in the room, but at reception, they gave us towels. That's a small thing. And they have a shop area with no prices and they are quite expensive there. So kinda watch out for prices there.

Close to everything I wanted to do. Very clean and homey.

The room was very spacious along with free parking, although it looks like there's construction going on around them. Totally convenient, just 10 minutes away from downtown.

They only do housekeeping every 5 days is in their policy.

Easy to get to and the room was very clean.

Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 p.m. but I wasn't able to get into my room until 8:00 p.m. because rooms weren't clean and available. Staff was able to rectify that with compensation so it wasn't a totally bad experience.
