Location, Location, Location. We were just down the road from the Grand Ol Opry House, and Opry Mills mall. We were within walking distance of Music City Bar and Grill, The Troubadour, Willie Nelson’s Museum, The Dukes of Hazard Museum (Cooters), The Scoreboard and more. They called a shuttle to take us downtown. This was great because we didn’t have to drive. Overall an excellent experience. Side note: I stayed here as a child in family vacation. I was shocked that it us still in great shape. There is a lot of history here!!!

Breakfast was pretty slim pickings, but we could walk to Cracker Barrell and Bob Evans. We didn’t miss out.

We came to Nashville bringing our nephew who we are raising to the Cooters Museum and Willie Nelson Museum for his 14th birthday His daddy loved the Dukes of Hazzard as does the boys. The hotel was within walking distance to both museums so was a great location. Until arrival I didn't know we had to pay a $200 deposit aswell as the cost of the room no problem but should have been mentioned at the I paid for booking a few days earlier. Jackson and I was looking forward to hitting the swimming pool first. Went to office to get a band to be told the pool was closed till health dept inspection so that really sucked. Nothing was mentioned about that in the ads either. But Jackson had fun loved the museums and the music at night we could hear very well from a small club next door.

Just that the pool wasn't open I think there should be something on the website or the booking sites aswell. And being surprised with that deposit that's all

i liked that it had a shuttle for convenient trips downtown so I wouldn’t have to pay for parking and that it had multiple restaurants plus some museums and shops within walking distance.

the only thing I really didn’t like was the fact that my toilet in my room randomly filled/ran like you’d flushed it even if you hadn’t flushed it in hours. the sound was really annoying and I had to close the bathroom door to lessen the noise so I could actually sleep. there were some cosmetic things too, like a water stain on the ceiling in the bathroom but overall, it was a nice clean place and I’d stay there again.

The noise from the scoreboard and people partying on the balcony of hotel no rest at all requested another room but was impossible being it was booked thru booking.com will not stay on the bar side again

The location. We were able to walk to everything. Scoreboard and nashville palace were fun places to go and had good food. Rooms were clean

Refrigerator didn't work. Some staff didn't seem to friendly or like they didn't want to be bothered. But for the most part, nice place for what you needed it for.

We really enjoyed the location and the various things to do.

Breakfast was underwhelming. The smell of marijuana was intense at times when trying to sleep. Waking up to a officer knocking on our door asking about someone who called in a report of someone with a gun. And in the morning there was a window smashed out on the room directly below ours.

we have been staying at this location for years. great location to get to downtown and the grand ole opry as well as mall, food access, just great for a vacation.

really can't think of anything. fits our needs and expectation all the way. Just so convenient.

The room was big and spacious! We have absolutely no complaints about the room or hotel. It is surrounded by restaurants and nightlife so you don't have to go far in the evenings after a long day of sightseeing. There is a place near the hotel that has live music every night. We could hear it in our room. It didn't bother us because we loved hearing it. However, I know there are a lot of people who wouldn't like it.

They had smoking rooms when so many motels do not. Even though we were close to the pool, which was a plus, the weather prevented us from enjoying it.

The smoking rooms were Very Close to a lively bar. If I I hadn’t been so tired, I would not have been able to go to sleep.

The location! Walking distance to Gaylord Opryland and we enjoyed the local night life and shopping center.

Not a game changer but bathroom could be a little bigger. A Do not Disturb sign. I didn’t like the cleaning staff coming in while we were out.
