Me and my family of 3 had the best stay last night, walked in, expecting the worst because of the reviews that I had read but in all honesty, this hotel is nothing like the reviews that I read. We got room 307 and walked in and it was beautiful. There was no smell it didn’t smell musky. It did not smell moldy. There was no water in the floor. I think I read in one of the comments about one of the rooms, the paint was chipped but it’s a hotel that’s trying to renovate and they’re trying hard and you know like you can tell that. The only downfall that I had with this hotel was that the pool was not open and I booked on booking.com, and there was no information about the pool being closed. But overall the guy at the front desk was the only employee that I really ran into at check in. he was very nice very kind wasn’t rude at all, we didn’t have breakfast so I can’t put a review on that I’m sure it was just as great too. The outside was outdated But it did not affect our stay whatsoever. And as far as everyone saying that the beds were terrible, blah blah blah blah The beds were not that bad. We actually slept very well. We had problems getting tv to work, but I’m sure if we would have asked for help we would have got it fixed lol.

it was a beautiful property they were going through renovations, and it was so fresh when you walked in, but as you go up the stairs, you can see a lot of things that were still being painted and just were in a disarray. But the room was comfortable. the breakfast was OK. Staff was nice. I think the new colors game is gonna be great.

 It was under construction so I don’t wanna say anything that is obviously just a cosmetic fix but they are painting it a beautiful blue and then on top of it everywhere it just look like splatter paint of white. Our bleach on doors on the handles on the walls. The painters could keep it cleaned up a little bit better in between.

Customer service was exceptionally great very kind and caring always attentive I give it a hundred percent five stars if you're coming to Nashville this is the place you want to stay

There's not a thing that I dislike about this place everything was great everything was in top shape when I came in my room cleanliness was amazing and the staff was very attentive.

The location, friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms.

The fact that we could not get into our room due to their systems being down. It was after the 3 pm check in time and I had a show I had to go to. I needed to get into my room to get ready for the show. They would not allow me to get into my room. It was 4:50 pm when I arrived after a 3 hour hold up on the interstate due to wrecks. It was after the show before I could get in to my room close to 10:30 pm.

Location, clean place, good breakfast

The TV never worked and the air conditioning worked at hours while I was resting and I could never turned it off

Location was out of the craziness of downtown, quiet and near food and other venues. Shuttle service was available to and from downtown so we did not need to fight to find a parking spot.

Small breakfast selection and limited time available, we were able to grab something when we were leaving, otherwise was not open when we got ready for the day, our fault as we slept in :).

Good price. Good location . Supper nice people. Would stay again.

the hotel doors that could be painted some baseboards needed repair plus outdoor repairs need done no sing out front too.

I'm handicapped so I liked the first floor accommodation the bathroom set up and in fact that you had carts to load your luggage on so you wouldn't be struggling.

the hotel was fine but I was very upset because when I attempted to change may stay I could not get any help so I was forced to pay for three nights when I only stayed for two

Breakfast was satisfactory & the location was great

The mattresses on the bed weren’t comfortable or clean. However, I’m not complaining there’s room for improvement. Also shower heads & kkk no obs could be fixed and updated. Other than that it’s a nice place to vacation & prices are not bad.
