Huge property with lots of living space. Very nice and clean and well maintained. The staff were really nice and helped with all our requests and questions. Stayed in a 5* hotel afterwards and actually preferred the apartment as it was value for money.

Would have been nice to see some basics provided to remove the first day of settling in stres: Milk/Bread/Cheese/Fruit/Juice/snacks even if it's added to price or as an option... something to maybe ask guests stay before if that can help. Not a negative but something that could add to the overall service and experience. The Master bedroom needs some blinds as the lighting/sound from below/outside peaks through... no fault of host but the 5am morning train horn/bells can be fairly loud if you were not expecting to hear them.

Very nice and spacious apartment. Great sized beds. Had all the amnesties. Close to downtown. Parking was really easy infront of the building. Everything worked well with the access code.

Unfortunately, it wasn't all that clean. There was a big stain on the couch, the floors were quiet dusty and sticky. While the distance to downtown Nashville was great, you should know that the immediate streets around the accommodation are rough and you shouldn't walk around.

We were two families and so booked two units though we could have fit in just one as the units are big. I loved how everything looked clean and that there were multiple bathrooms plus a half bath. The unit I stayed in had a big and fully stocked kitchen so our families always converged there. I liked how there’s only one tv so the kids won’t have a reason to stay in the rooms and be antisocial haha. The one tv has no streaming/tv connection however and you need to bring your own (I hooked up my Amazon fire stick). I’m not sure there was anyone renting above us the 3 nights we were there as it was quiet, the day we were packing up however, we could hear a child’s LOUD patter of feet and counted ourselves lucky we were checking out already. Another wow factor are the private spaces on the rooftop but it was bitingly cold when we were there and could not make the most of them.

One bed in the unit is too low and not for someone with problematic knees. The chairs are not very comfortable, esp the ones in the living room. And I don’t know why they said to park along the street when they do have basement parking that was always empty while we were there.

The rooms were not cleaned well. We had to request a replacement of all linens as the linens were not clean. The rugs in the bed rooms were extremely dusty and we asked for them to be vacuumed

Usually, pictures make living quarters appear larger than they are. However, the place we stayed was actually larger than we could have imagined. It was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The amenities were a plus. The rooftop space was amazing!!!! Wow!!!!

There was nothing we didn't like.

Great place, full kitchen, washer and dryer, 3 big bedrooms wonderful bathrooms.

Ants coming out of the sink, only one TV in the living room with chromecast as the netwrok. No remote and couldn't connect my phone as a remote, spent a while with customer service and did not solve my problem. Bought a Roku at walmart and used it for the evenings with the kids.

There was no breakfast so that does not apply. The place was very convenient and felt safe. The view was great.

The seating - very uncomfortable. The place was very convenient just not very comfortable for hanging out and visiting with the people we were getting together with and catching up with. Need comfortable seating and couches.

I think this is the first time in my life I have walked into a place and been surprised that it is actually BIGGER than I was expecting. So much space. BIG comfy beds. The private rooftop patio with a downtown view was a huge plus. Not super close to anything we were interested in, but easy uber or cab to downtown.

There was a little bit of a mix-up with the door code when we first arrived (I was emailed one code, then it ended up being updated later before we arrived), but a quick phone call was able to clear up the confusion for us.

Location was OK, usually less than $10 in a cab to the town centre. Very spacey. All appliances, coffee filter machine ok as well.

Code changed when we arrived, fortunately we had data or we wouldn'thave known, and the code for the upstairs terrace was different to the room code.

I liked the bed.

I didn't like the fact that there wasn't tv without a payment so we went without any tv. I didn't like that it took 10 times to get a clear photo to them that they would except. I didn't like dirt or paper was in the rug missed by the unused vacume. I didn't like the stampeed overhead at night and during the day.
