Checking in & out was very smooth! 👍🏻 Location was great, very clean & comfortable. We LOVED our apt!

Getting in & out of parking garage! 😠 You really need to figure some other way to get people in & out of garage…..we had to call every time we went in & out bcuz our code didn’t work. That was VERY frustrating! The reps answering the phones were very nice & immediately helped us so didn’t hold up traffic too badly. Also, MORE towels!….TP, coffee & cream. We had to ask housekeeping for more towels & TP; 2 sets of towels (1 for each person) & 1/2 roll of TP doesn’t work for 2 people for a 4-day stay! Glad we happen to run into housekeeping to obtain more!

Price was right & the staff was all very friendly and helpful. The location was great also, it's a little off Broadway which is actually fabulous. All the restaurants near the hotel are decently priced (Broadway is more spendy). There is a dollar general just around the corner, so you can stock up on supplies easily. The room has all the function of an apartment so you can bring food back and refrigerate it and heat it up. And it's more quite, those trashlorettes can get pretty loud, being back a couple blocks was helpful and not a long walk if you want to rock out! I looks longer on the map, but it's like a 3 minute walk to all the fun.

Not much to complain about, the floors in the bathroom were a little gross, could use a good toothbrush cleaning around the corners. Just wear slides or slippers if you get the ick from dirty floors.

The units were not your run of the mill boxy apartments which was a nice change, the layout of each room was unique. Full kitchen and bath were awesome, lots of products inside apartment unit for use, enjoyed our stay.

For the price, our view was not very good, parking garage to the left of our balcony and a alley and full wall directly out front, so that was disappointing. The bed was too low for me, I’m a bigger guy, the shower drain was slow, very slow, standing in water when you done, and washer was a little noisy, but hey, it had a washer and dryer so not a biggy.

The views were amazing! Everything was so clean and comfortable! Will definitely stay again, hopefully for a longer stay

Parking is through a 3rd party but is located in the same building. I didn't like that we had to pay 40.00 a night for parking. I feel if we are guests at the hotel parking should be free. It is also a little confusing as well as confusing to get in and out of the hotel to the parking garage as there are different elevators. One elevator takes you to the parking garage, and you access that elevator in the lobby. Then, you have to walk through the lobby to get to the other elevators to get to your room. The room elevators will not take you to the parking garage.

The customer service was fantastic. I had ordered a Dot.card, for networking before I left home and had to have it sent to the location. It was delivered but the manager was not there to get it out of the locker, so at 11:00 at night the lady at the front desk told me she would text her manager to see if she could get the code since I needed it for the following day, and would be gone before the manager got it. Well, she called me after getting ahold of management and delivered it up to my room.

There could’ve been more outlets in the business area on the 10th floor and even some outside. I didn’t get much time to enjoy being outside, so I tried doing work, with my laptop by the pool, but that only lasted for as long as my battery did.

Wonderful, helpful staff! Amazing location and an amazing view for an affordable price! Book a room with a balcony and view -- you won't be disappointed! This hotel is in downtown Nashville and right next to museums and restaurants/bars!

Our GPS took us to the wrong place based on the address listed on the welcome email for the parking garage. It was hard to find the garage, BUT we called and the lady was super helpful in guiding us to the parking garage (she had us put in DGX as DGX is right next to the parking garage). Also, she let us know to be sure we put in that we were an overnight guest so we'd get a better price for parking ($40/night). Also, the rim of the toilet wasn't very clean. I let them know though in a survey I filled out and I would assume this would be handled going forward.

Loved having a room with a full kitchen so we were able to stay in one night & cook. The staff was kind enough to bring a dining table in even though it wasn't standard with our room. The living area was spacious. Such a quiet spot - you couldn't hear any other room or any street noise. The balcony had a great view of Nashville & the Ryman & the main city center.

Had some trouble with the wifi which the property did end up fixing for us. We needed an additional hour on the day of check out and charged an additional $55 to stay in the room for an extra hour - I've never been charged for a late check out at any other property in all of my previous travels, so I found this odd.

the booking in process was seamless, they send a code for your room so there’s no queue to check in. A good tip is to go for one of the apartments on the higher floors for the views. The apartment had everything you’d need for a short stay and a long stay. I was there for 8 nights and it was literally a home from home. The communal facilities were also really good. every staff member I bumped into were friendly and courteous and made us feel welcome. I would say this is the place to book for a stay in Nashville

The room was very clean and well furnished. The location was a double-edged sword. it was very close to Broadway and other points of interest, but it was so loud at night that it was hard to sleep. I was on the 4th floor and on the city side. it might not be as bad higher up and on the river side. The amenities were great, the pool/hot tub and games area was exceptional, but you are surrounded by other condos when you are at the pool and you feel a little like you are in a fishbowl.

The elevators were incredibly slow and there are only two of them, so lines would form. Not great if you are in a hurry.

Our apartment was spectacular, very comfortable, and perfect for our trip! Location was excellent, and the front desk staff was very attentive and helpful.

Finding the parking lot upon arrival was AWFUL and STRESSFUL! It would be helpful to have it better marked as the preferred location for Premiere SoBro parking. The pool pump was not working, and we brought that to the attention of the staff daily. So, the pool was actually gross, a lot of debris on the bottom and very cloudy water.
