Large living space with complete kitchen. We appreciated the treat left for us and the water bottles were great as we refilled them for sightseeing. The location is quiet, just outside of the hustle & bustle of downtown but requires some walking to get to restaurants. This required some planning with the heat of the summer. We had a car so often ended up driving out for food and sightseeing, and walked to the downtown Honky Tonks easy enough. Parking was a bit steep at $40/day but was convenient to use. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would recommend it, especially if you have a car or don’t mind walking several blocks for restaurants.
Parking was pricey at $40/day. We did not note any restaurants within a couple blocks.

Nice clean modern apartment for about the price of a hotel room. Very comfy bed. Safe area. Short walk to Broadway and other attractions downtown
The apartment was on the 1st floor right next to the parking lot entrance. It was so noisy we barely got any sleep. The walls were so thin we heard every hallway conversation, slammed door, and car honk. The online check in process was also very strange. I honestly thought it was a scam at first because it wanted my ID, then a selfie of me, and permission for a background check. I’ve stayed in numerous apartments in various cities and have never had to be that in depth. The $40 for parking was also a little excessive but that was listed when booked.

A large studio type 1 bed apartment with a pull out couch in the living space which worked perfectly for our son. It was a great alternative to a cramped hotel room and meant that we could have enjoy a slow start to the day with breakfast and hang out there too. A smile and a friendly, helpful welcome from Joe which was appreciated. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen fully equipped. A 15 min. or so walk from downtown broadway.
Everything was amazing. A suggestion ... the bedroom and bathroom have no windows and so these rooms are completely dark at night when the doors are closed for privacy from anyone using the couch in the living space. A 1st world problem I know ... only I was glad that I always have a night light with me when I travel ( seasoned traveller here..) which came into good use. Some kind of night lighting would have been useful.

I had an amazing stay at Mint House at the Reserve! Perfect location - we were within walking distance of many attractions in downtown Nashville (Ryman Auditorium, Assembly Food Hall, Country Hall of Fame & Museum), but far enough from Broadway and its busy/loud nightlife. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable.
When we arrived, no one was at the front desk and there were no instructions for check-in or entering the building. Someone eventually let us in and we had no further issues. Some of the bedding was dirty and we had to ask for replacements.

(July 7th) Even though I did arrive early. The staff did try to accommodate me into a room. I ended up having to wait while they cleaned the room I was assigned, but they switched at last minute and put me on the third floor. I did enjoy my stay even though it was only one night. You can feel the nostalgia of the building. The rooms are spacious and laid out with so much room to roam. The bathroom was a surprise with the huge tub/shower. Only thing I would suggest is having a step tool for shorter legged visitors. I had a hard time getting in and out. The kitchen is well equipped for those who intend to cook your own food if staying longer and the small washer and dryer is a nice part of the amenities. I chose this spot do to going to a concert at the TPAC and it was a 5 min walk. Slightly uphill, and for those if you have disabilities you might get a bit winded. Restaurants within walking, and a gated parking lot. Otherwise, I have told friends about this facility, and if I have another event to attend in that area I will definitely look to book a stay.
Nothing to mention

We love the spacious room as well as the sitting area and kitchen. Lots of counter space for our things
The floors are cement and it made it feel chilly in the apartment, especially near the large windows which felt a little drafty, though it was only early November and the daytime temperatures ranged in the 50s to low 60s. There was a thin rug in the living room area and none in the bedroom, and we felt like we couldn’t get cozy, wishing we had brought a couple of pairs of warm slippers with us to lounge around in instead of having to wear our sneakers while in the apartment.

Good location, no frills, simple but modern. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, spacious living space, nice kitchen..great for longer stays too!, decent gym to get the blood flowing, clear the head, pleasant staff
No early checkin avail...a staff member indicated it was likely due to a 3rd party reservation vs. Mint website booking, annoying. Loud room in the AM on NE side of hotel with traffic/construction, rooms a bit chilly (for my wife) with limited area rugs. There is no dining on site but not a biggie due to proximity to many options. Large step into tub/shower is precarious getting in, can be slippery

Staff was great, very friendly! The room was well furnished and the kitchen included all of the needed implements. The washer/dryer worked well (although a small load), so that was a great amenity that made our vacation that much easier!
I think a larger selection of snacks/beverages in the lobby would be great. It was tough to find many places nearby that were open after the baseball game ended. Not a complaint, just an observation and opportunity to sell a few more things.

Location and secured private parking lot as well as room space and full kitchen
The Roku tv was difficult to figure out and use. Room furniture, mainly the couch was uncomfortable, wife hated it. We were here for 5 nights and never got a good night sleep. The bed mattress was so soft we just sank into it. I felt like was sleeping in a canoe, any time I needed to roll over, which was often, I had to sit up and roll over. My wife figured out she was better off sleeping at the opposite end of the bed which was a little firmer for her. We will not miss that bed

The property was really nice, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was quiet, clean and comfortable
It was a little farther away from downtown than I thought. The slight uphill climb in the evenings was a little much for us Floridians who are used to flat ground. The only complaint was the tub/shower. There needs to be a non slip mat in the bottom, and possibly a hand rail installed. The tub is VERY slippery, and the side is extremely high, in fact one of our party fell. Thank goodness it was the 28 year old and not the 66 year old
