This was our first trip to Nashville Tennessee, yes place to stay because its location is ideal. The apartment was well furnished clean and everything worked well. We were very happy with our stay! Next time we are traveling we will for sure look into this option again. Jeff

The only downside of this apartment was, there is lots of new construction going on outside. Each morning at about 4:30 AM cement trucks would line up to pour their cement into the new building, rev their engines, use their reverse gear and start a loud beeping when in reverse. Other than that our state was fine.

We could walk to most places in Nashville or take a public transport bus from near the property. Flat was lovely and conformable and clean. Kitchen was well equipped and there was a washing machine and plenty of cupboard space for the luggage, so the apartment can be kept clear of clutter. Wifi worked well. Did not use TV but is available.

neighbourhood is not as nice as it could be, as there are major construction works in the area. they did not disturb us in the apartment, but it will be a lot nicer in the neighbourhood when the works are finished.

Wow, what an amazing stay we had. Communication about the contact less check in was on point. Loved everything about this apartment. Close to the nightlife and restaurants. The apartment was brand new with everything we needed. Coffee machine, washing machine, iron and ironing board, stove, huge fridge, dishwasher and more. Small touches like the free coffee, tea, olive oil, toiletries and washing detergent. There was even a supply closet in the hall to get clean towels or replenish coffee, toiletries and detergents if needed. Will definitely 💯 % recommend them. WELL DONE SONDER. You made our stay memorable

Absolutely nothing!!!!

The place was modern, had most of the items we needed, including complimentary shampoo, conditioner, coffee, tea, etc. Only 2 blocks from Broadway.

There is only a couch for seating and a few bar stools and a hard chair. Adding a couple side chairs would help a lot. There was feces on the side of the toilet that we had to clean ourselves. The parking was $60/day. Double what was mentioned in the comments by Sonder.

Beautiful, overall clean apartment! Very detailed check in/ check out instructions. Very seamless and simple entry.

One complaint that i have is the comforter for the pull out couch from the closet had a blood stain on it. But the person I chatted with on the sonder app was very attentive and helpful. We were delivered a new comforter. Sheets could have been cleaner. Had some old stains on them.

They have another property SUPER close by. Make sure to check the address that you booked because nothing clearly states otherwise which location you’re in. They both simply say Sonder on the sign. We were in a rush so we were somewhat flustered- it just would have been nice to have more clarity on the building we were looking for.

We weren’t offered breakfast

No parking in your lot - luckily we were able to park across the street . We could figure out how to use the tv and the Sink drain was plugged and water went down very slow . The neighborhood was very noisy due to construction. Disappointed in the cost to stay in Nashville by all close locations.

Good location for bus links as well as being walkable to Broadway. Good size room, well stocked kitchen. Liked the availability of the washer/drier and appreciated the consumables left for use (eg washing powder, oil for cooking, salt/pepper). Comfortable bed in a modern feeling apartment. Communication with staff, whilst exclusively over email, was efficient and we were provided all the details we needed in ample time.

No shower curtain.

The location was great - walking distance to everything in downtown Nashville.

The construction across the street was a little much (because they work all night) but pretty sure even the traditional hotels in the area experience the same noise.

In room washing machine. Kitchen equipment (You should put in frying oil)

TV system did not work. Even if it did, I feel like just the streaming services ist not enough. Would be cool the watch local tv stations and sports
