Great location. Easy walk to Broadway, Bridgestone arena and other attractions.

Roof bar closed too early. Asked for additional tea that never arrived. Asked for room cleaning on day 4 that never arrived. Auto Door to street only opened to go out not in. Had to walk around building to get in. Pool area closed for the entire stay breakfast is added cost horrible water pressure in the shower

The room was spacious and clean. Beds were awesome. The lobby was very large and easy to hang out in. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

The couch lost its function because it needed to used to hold suitcases which left the room with only one chair.

We had to pay an extra $15 per person to eat breakfast at the adjoining hotel. I would have booked there if I’d known. However, we ended up eating later in the day at other restaurants.

I thought that a continental breakfast should have been part of our room fee. Also, the cleanliness of the exterior hotel property should be pressure washed at LEAST twice a week. We really didn’t like walking past vomit and trash every day. But maybe that’s a “city ordinance” that needs to be looked into. We’ve been all over from Denver to New Orleans and Nashville was by far one of the dirtiest. We were a little shocked and disappointed really.

I was very grateful we were able to get into our room early. We arrived at 1 and our room was ready. Both my husband and I were very happy about that. At one point during our stay a very strong cigarette smell permeated our room even though we don’t smoke and had requested non smoking room at check in. We reported it to the front desk and they brought in a room purifier which took care of the problem. We were grateful for their prompt attention on this matter.

The hotel doesn’t offer daily housekeeping. We travel a lot and this is the first time in over a year we have encountered this at a hotel we have stayed at. There is no way this is a COVID precaution because honestly just look around at what’s going on the entire downtown Nashville area. Wild! I think it’s staffing issues and they should sort them out or offer discounted rooms. We paid more money for our room than what was being charged at the Omni across the street (I checked). It would have been good if they had offered us an upgrade for what we were paying - they didn’t.

Really nice hotel for the rate at which I booked. We got into town early, and asked for an early check in. While they don't do "early check ins" because they book rooms as they become available from cleaning, the front staff checked to see if there was anything ready, and they gave us a room about 2 hours before actual check in time. The room was very clean and fresh feeling. You can always tell if a room is actually clean or not when you first walk in. The beds were very comfortable and we got a good nights sleep besides the ambulance in the late hours of the night. You could walk to the big music hall and its only blocks from a lot of great restaurants and places to see. Overall it was a great experience, and we would stay again.

location was great. not lacking any amenities. valet parking very efficient.

there appears to be only 2 elevators in the lobby. one was out of service. the first day a lot of time was spent waiting on the elevator. on the second day we found out that a bank of elevators shared with the sister hotels is right behind. it would have been nice if the front desk could have told us when we checked in. After that, things were much better.

I enjoyed having a drink on the balcony with my girlfriends, we watched the sunset and had the most beautiful view. Another experience I liked were the attendants at the breakfast area so attentive and courteous. They were smiling and said goodmorning to all guests, no attitude in the morning and I love that.

I didnt like there was separation between guests of the same hotel, it was confusing to find the breakfast area and choices for breakfast did not exceed my expectations. Another thing I did not like is the strong scent in the lobby, the scent was repugnant. To the hotels defense, not all my friends found the scent strong. There was a rude attendant at the bar during my stay, she was not pleasurable to even place my order with, I ended up taking my order to my room to avoid further interaction.

Most of the staff was great. The hot tub was nice plus the pool was heated. Rooms and amenities where extremely nice. The fitness center is top notch especially for a hotel. Very mature atmosphere where you can just relax after day/night on the town.

Elevators had a very noticeable creak almost like they where buckling. Rooms have no microwave to warm up anything. Does not offer daily cleaning of the rooms. Breakfast was hard to find and was subpar with too few healthy options to start your day when it was eventually found. Our vehicle smelled of Marijuana after being pulled around by the valet which is concerning considering I’m out of state law enforcement. Bartender refused to let my wife have a straw for her Cosmopolitan. I believe it is overpriced compared to similar properties in the area.

Loved the area, views, how nice everything was, and the awesome staff.

When booking I was unaware of the parking situation. After booking I learned that there would be an additional $50 charge for parking. On arrival I learned that there was another $25 charge for valet. This additional $75 per day was very unexpected and wasn’t even optional.

Whoever made decision to put three hotels in one property is brilliant! Next time we’ll stay in the Residence Inn! And rooms VERY quiet!

Would have loved room service for a meal. We walked across street to Margaritaville’s Star Bucks for breakfast as none of us liked hotel breakfast buffet served on styrofoam. Room, like other hotels in the area, very high on weekends, but reasonable during week. Unfortunately for us, we had to visit on weekend due to friend’s schedule.
