I liked the location of the Hotel, it was in good Walking distance to Bars and other attractions. The Staff were very nice, Rooms were very clean and Bed was comfy. There is a Sports Bar at this Location and it is Very nice with Good music and drinks..

I did Not like being charged for Parking, There is self-parking in front of the Hotel but the Rates are suppose to be 4$ per hr. But the machine was giving different Rates each Day. For one full day I paid 43.00 just to park and another day I paid 28.00. Holiday Inn wouldn't not validate the parking ticket, even though I was staying at the Hotel. I parked in the parking deck just to Unload my things to my Room and the time was 1hr.09 minutes and I was charged 23.00 dollars. VALET was 56.00 p/night. Overall everything was Nice except I should've Been warned about parking Downtown and the Fees.

The location and the complimentary use of a golf cart shuttle was very convenient. The front desk was very pleasant as was the valet who held our luggage until we were ready to leave. The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus.

Needing to ask for housekeeping to come in for our stay was a bit off putting. Since COVID housekeeping has changed, but in other places I have stayed you had a door hanger to let the staff know whether or not you wanted them to come in - let awkward and no contact.

The price of parking was ridiculous

Location was perfect. Easy walking distance to downtown. Breakfast was fine for what we required. The room was a good size, decor was really nice! very useful having the onsite laundry. Although we only made it once, happy hour was great. Having access to water on the floor was really good and also the pastries and coffee on the floor each morning was a nice surprise. All of the staff were really helpful and happy.

The location was perfect, right in downtown. I also enjoyed that they did a happy hour. The price was good for where it was. The Room itself was spacious. I also liked when we had a wifi issue they sent someone up almost immediately to fix it.

The situation with the valet parking was sort of confusing. Like the messaging system wasn't working for half the time. We would text and either they wouldn't get it, or the message wouldn't go through. They sent us other links, but those wouldn't work either. They said they were having issues with other guests too.

The property was great. Nice amenities, good restaurant and bar. Everyone was very nice and helpful but the valet was the best! So friendly! I wish I could remember his name…started w. “D” but he was extremely nice/friendly and it is because of him I’m writing this review! Can’t wait to visit this place the next time we’re in Nashville

My one and only mild complaint would be the location wasn’t as close as hoped but even that was not a big deal

Location was perfect. Easy check in/out. We got a free drink at the bar for our stay @ the hotel restaurant (Almost Friday), shuttle service to and from the Bridgestone Arena was a plus since it was December. Nice room and hotel overall. The only downfall was the parking fee/$55 for one night. The valet worker was very polite and helpful although we self parked. The next morning we went to the Pancake Pantry which wasn't a far drive from the hotel. Breakfast and service was excellent but get there early or there will be a long wait. I would stay at this hotel again for an event.

location was prime for everything we did while in Nashville. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great communication.

The pool was small. We did not end up using it, but it was disappointing in size.

It was a great location, we could walk anywhere downtown, and the room was very nice. Close to Bridgestone Arena and downtown Broadway.

I didn't like for the price of the room that we had to pay 75.00 more for parking. We stayed at a hotel downtown Minneapolis and parking was included. If I would have known it was extra, I would have stayed somewhere else. Other than that, the room and location were perfect. A bit pricey. But okay. We didn't eat breakfast; I think it was an additional charge. We went to the bar about 15 min before closing and told him the drinks we wanted. He said okay walked away and never made them and he left.

Front desk staff is super friendly, the girls at the cafe are super nice most of them! The guy with the shuttle to broadway are super nice too! The hotel has lots of art details super cool! A few board games, a bar, clean rooms, spacious, good amenities at the bathroom.

The pool was very dirty, we wanted to dip in but looked yucky! Grat place to stay but do not choose it if the pool is an important part of your stay
