The amenities were great, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. There was quite a good variety of food for breakfast, and iced water was always available with some fruit for free in the lobby. The lobby area was big and open, with lots to do and it was a good atmosphere. Fantastic selection of snacks and drinks to buy in the Reception area, including lots of ice creams and frozen foods! It’s a great location, with lots of sights to see nearby and within walking distance from multiple tourist attractions and so many nice restaurants and bars. The fridge in the room was also very useful. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

There wasn’t a very big selection of hot food for breakfast, only 3 different things each day. We would have liked more hot food, but the selection of cold breakfast items was quite good so we didn’t really mind too much.

I stayed here with 2 friends, it was a girls' trip. This is not the most convenient option when looking for hotels in Nashville, although, the location is FANTASTIC. It is close enough to Broadway St to get there in like 7 min walking, yet far enough to be in a quiet area. The breakfast was way better than all the other hotels we stayed at during this trip, the room was big and super clean, the bathroom was great and the beds felt like heaven. It is definitely worth the price.

Great location, walkable area close to everything we wanted to do. I felt very safe here. Clean and comfortable facilities. The breakfast is excellent.

My only concern is the parking situation. The parking deck is so cramped and difficult to move around and park in safely. The spaces are so narrow with concrete columns all over the place. It’s $40 for parking which is a bit pricey since you can’t check in before 4:00 pm and have to be out in the morning.

The room was good, staff friendly and very helpful, outstanding breakfast options, and great location to go do the things we had planned for the trip. I would return to this place & and recommend it to others.

There were no bags in the trash can. There was no microwave in the room, but there was one in the lobby, so it was not a major issue. These are minor things that didn't affect my stay or if I'll return.

breakfast was good. And fresh and there was quite a variety to choose from which was awesome! The bed was very comfortable and the room stayed very cool never got too hot.

Room was not quite ready by my check in time(4). I tried to check in around 4:30 after being in the lobby for about an hour. However they moved me rooms since I had been waiting there a while to check in due to getting into to town about an hour before actual check in. They did offer to store my bags while I waited so that was nice.

I’ve never stayed in a cleaner hotel. The breakfast was by far the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel also. The communication from the hotel was also handy as I could just text them questions as they came up. I loved that the water and ice station by the pool had buckets and cups. The pool, tho small and shallow, was perfect for our girls weekend. The location to everything we wanted to do in Nashville was perfect.

Like I said, we thought everything was perfect but if you are needing something here maybe it’s the size and location of the pool. The sun was gone by 2 LOL

it was very clean and nice! all the staff were amazing and so helpful. it wasn’t far from Broadway so we walked everyday to the bars. the breakfast on the weekend was very good, plenty to choose from. the weekday there was less food to choose from, but was still okay. will definitely be staying here when I go back to Nashville!!!

Location was perfect. The employees were super friendly at the front desk. I loved that our room didn't have carpet because that made it feel cleaner.

It could use another elevator, but it wasn't any worse than sitting at a red light. Check out time seemed to be the only time it got like that. It would not deter me at all from staying again.

The breakfast was outstanding. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They are dog friendly. They give you water and popcorn when you check in. The game area downstairs is amazing.

The room was compact, no tub just shower. No table to eat food in room, just a small desk and 1 chair. Also, no drawers for storing clothes, instead just the shelves under the tv.

The location was very nice to downtown. This hotel is going way beyond what most I have stayed in during Covid. Covid has become an excuse for most places but these guys are not phased. They are rocking it. Breakfast was great! They kept our luggage when we arrived early. Gave us complementary water, helped us in any way. Great job staff! I never have minded not getting my room serviced as long as I have towels and wash clothes.
