We had breakfast in the house so it was good.

The kitchen could be stocked better. More cutting knives,... there were only 3 knives. More kitchen towels,.. there were only 2 towels and no dish cloths. More pots to cook in,... there was only 1 pot and 1 bowl (salad size bowl). More utensils are also needed... particularly a second spatula is needed. There is only 1 quite small baking pan for the oven. Sorry to complain, but the kitchen did need more stuff in it but we managed.

I liked how roomy it was. The location to reach our destination each day was great. The street was quiet, and the other guests were pleasant.

There was only one TV in the apartment, and you had to chrome cast to use it. NO POTS AND PANS. We usually did breakfast for the group each morning. There was one horrible skillet, one decent pot, and no baking sheets or muffin pans. There was no ice maker, and we had to buy ice. The paid parking was not easy to use, and I had to get up each night at 11:45 pm to make sure we were scheduled to park for the next 24 hours. The parking app continued to bill me even after I checked out. We found an iron but no ironing board.

The location had excellent free street parking. The property was spacious for the price. It was within walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Downtown was only a 25 minute walk which was doable. The HVAC system was amazing... kept the place very cold!

The open shower door style was strange, I prefer to be able to close one during a shower. The TV in the property was on the smaller side and definitely could use a sound bar or better speaker system. It would have been nice to have liquid hand soap in the bathrooms instead of a soap bar.

The apartment was very nice - clean, big, with 4 comfortable beds and 3 nice bathrooms, AND a fully equipped kitchen. It was cheaper than a hotel room, and the accommodations were much, much better! Close to everything in Germantown, downtown. We walked to the concert at Brooklyn Bowl, walked to all area restaurants, and downtown.

It was great - I prefer a boutique hotel/apartment stay over the typical hotel. Sonder Ziel Haus in Germantown was perfect, will stay again!

The apartment was very clean and provided you with everything you needed. Very close to downtown and waking distance from the grocery store, walgreen, restaurants and bars.

The door near the street would not unlock. After driving 6 hour to our destination getting there and experiencing this problem was very frustrating. After almost a hour communicating with the staff we decided to walk around the building realizing there was a second door. We entered the code and in we were staff never told us there was another door. Also once we opened that door the door closest to the street started working 😡. This information would have saved time. Please tell future guest.

Very roomy and modern, check-in easy via app, great value. Nice place to stay if you rent a car and only want to visit Broadway a few times. 4 bedrooms/3 baths a plus!

A bit far from nightlife, but walkable in daytime.

Great location in Germantown - beautiful neighbourhood, only 25 mins walk from Broadway area. All bedrooms were great sized and the lounge are was huge.
