Beds were comfortable and room was decently clean. Indoor pool had very warm water the entire visit. Breakfast was great when they did have everything out.

Indoor pool is small. Breakfast was the bare minimum a few days of the trip. Never had fresh room supplies the entire 7 days.

The property was in a very good location. It’s close to everything. The room was clean, the beds were nice and soft, fridge and freezer worked well. The heated pool was a great addition. I would definitely stay again.

There wasn’t anything really “bad” about our stay. If I had to say one thing it would be that the bathroom could’ve been cleaner and for the staff to double check that all things are in the room as in towels, extra toilet paper and a shower curtain. Other than that there are no complaints.

We always like to stay at the Howard Johnson because the rates are always great. The location is good easy access and the beds are comfortable. the rooms are a little outdated and could use a little extra cleaning. There were no trash cans or trash bags in the room nor were there any towels or washcloths. We called the front desk to ask for both and was told to walk down and get them. The floors were a little sticky and could definitely use a little scrubbing some of the trim along the floor were coming undone, and the curtains could use some attention or be replaced as could the bedskirt. The room was humongous!! This amazed us. We booked a king bed room and let me tell you the space is absolutely huge. You could’ve fit six king beds in there easily. This was a huge improvement over being in a cramped hotel room if they would just make some minor adjustments this would be an excellent place to stay.

The fact that i paid 200$ to stay in a room that i couldn't even check in till 4 pm. It wasted half our day waiting to check in. Had i not made a reservation i would have been able to walk in and get a room like people did !!!!

The room was very spacious and well equipped. We visited The Great Smoky Mountains and then Gatlinburg and it was nice that they were close to each other. There is also fast foods nearby so that was convenient.

The breakfast hadn't a lot of choice.

Well we resign in townsend in a rv and wanted to get away and got out small place and they exactly let us rent from them and not have a problem like americnaa inn and suites in pigeon forge!! Don't let bad apples spoil other apples and you guys don't!! Keep that up and you continue to get business and not have business go down like Americanna inn and blasted all over the internet, and the manager that works there and Americana inn is rude and ALOT PEOPLE HAVE PROBLEMS WITH HER FROM AMERICANA INN AND SUITES

Roaches in the room, had no quarters for the laundry machine they provide , couldn't even get 5 $1 bills out my $5 I had.

Pool indoor outdoor small pool & slide but overall pretty nice also indoor pool, rooms we updated and nice tile in bath rooms pretty clean rooms too especially for coming into your room from the outside these type of hotels room ae just harder to keep clean like the floors because your constantly tracking in dirt from outside but the floor are a hard surface room that we was in was 305 great view and fairly big space for only having two beds and SMELLED AMAZING AND FRESH !!!

Breakfast was okay just cereal and waffles tho nothing else no fruit or hot items stayed for three nights always was the same, some things on the property could use a lil handy man work but overall everything fairly clean and in good working order can’t really complain and the staff made up for the little things that need some extra attention by being very helpful and caring doing anything they could… maid service could be better. Had to ask for new towels but other than that they gave them to use with no hassle and apologized they missed ours. Would definitely stay here again

Nothing was good

The front desk little girl was so rude and wouldn’t take my reservation from booking.com and told me she would give me a number for a different hotel because she didn’t have a room for me. I left and my husband called and got a room for us because we are from out of town and didn’t have a different option. So not only did she denied my family and I she lied and said they had no more rooms. I would never stay here again. The rooms were not only expensive but nasty as hell, I wouldn’t even pay a penny to stay here.

Location and price

Room was not ready to check in until after 6pm. We had to wait for the room to be cleaned. Booked room and then someone from motel called and said they didn't have any rooms. I then contacted Booking.com and was told that they wouldn't charge me and they would find me a room and they would call me back within 30 minutes. Got off the phone with booking.com and got a notice from my bank that they charged me. I had to call the motel and and they finally said they would have me a room at 5pm. Got there and still had to wait until after 6pm.

We really liked the location, indoor pool and the waffles for breakfast. We were really close to everything we wanted to do. We came up there for my son's birthday and he had a really good time and really enjoyed the pool especially since it was cold outside but they were still able to swim since it was indoor.

The toilet was loose so it rocked when you sat down. Limited parking and very narrow spaces. We have a Dodge Grand caravan and the spaces were really narrow and when someone would park crooked we were not able to pull in close to our door and had to park in the side parking lot away from the building. My husband has also had back surgery and can't walk a lot so it was hard for him to walk from the side parking lot to our room. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay there.
