Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was great.

Lighting in room was not good and places to put bathroom items and drawer space in room were lacking.

Location is close to everything in pigeon forge. We always stay here because it's clean and beds are comfortable and the price. This is the only time I have come the clerk being rude and she was to the couple in front of me. If this happens again I will probably look for another place

It was my Birthday and everything went so good. Breakfast was super good Bacon 🥓 OMG was the best ever all you can eat . The rooms were really clean ,beds were so nice I slept better than I had slept in a year . . Staff was real nice . Very clean tidy place . The girl that worked breakfast she cleaned up if it were only one drop of orange juice . She does excellent job . Met some good ppl there while having breakfast . Couldn't ask for a better stay . We got balcony at our room view was beautiful at night . . Thank you River bend for making our family a good experience for my Birthday

Location, was great , people were great . Pool was in a great location .

The view from are room was and old run down house next door to the hotel. The pictures we looked at for sour booking are not the view you get . In the lobby there are bright yellow chairs with a bad stains that need gone.

The breakfast was not as good as it could be. Another brand of sausage might be a good idea. A waffle maker would be great too! Loved the seating along the back of the building along the river!!! Great place to enjoy the evening watching the ducks, geese, and the sunset!

Nice, comfortable beds and room. Great value. Centralized location. Cracker Barrel is right across the street. Staff were friendly. Fridge didn’t work when we arrived around 4 am and we called and let guest services know and they came later that morning and promptly replaced it with a functioning one. Breakfast was good. They had scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, muffins, cereal, sausage patties, yogurts, juice, etc. a good variety to choose from. They have a small indoor swimming pool.

Toilet paper was completely out and room needed cleaned when we left to sightsee and when we returned housekeeping had only left more towels and washcloths and not cleaned our room so we had to go downstairs and get more toilet paper and sleep on the same sheets we had slept on the rest of the week. Trash was still on the floor, etc. another day we called for clean towels and staff said housekeeping had already left and we’d have to go get some from the front desk. It’d be nice to have housekeeping in the evening as well or at least staff available to take care of any issues the guest needs. Also I know that several hotels do this but I don’t like the coffee maker in the restrooms. Waste particles in the same vicinity where I prepare my coffee is a no for me! It’s not sanitary.

The property was really great. I honestly thought in the pictures that it was going to be run down but to arrival the place was a new color which was a pretty blue and it looked very cleaned up. Staff was amazing in the hotel even had a very cute Christmasy vibe.

Honestly, everything at this hotel exceeded my needs with the staff being the friendliest such a great snack hall area even Dippin dots to buy breakfast was so good. The sausage being the best I’ve had. Our balcony was beautiful the view of this strip of pigeon Forge the beds were super comfy in the room was super clean shower pressure was amazing in the bathroom even had a hairdryer

Beds on this last trip were terrible .Mattresses in our room 510 are worn out and need to be replaced.

Traveled for Family vacation, we found the accommodations to be very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is awesome and convenient to all Pigeon Forge has to offer. We enjoyed sitting out back in the rocking chairs and watching the river with its waterfowl basking and bathing in the sun. My 9 year old grandson enjoyed some fishing and feeding the ducks and geese while waiting on everyone to get ready for the day's adventures. We will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast would be better if they would invest in a waffle maker and add more variety such as fresh fruit but what was provided served its purpose.
