Everyone was nice and friendly, the breakfast was good with plenty of choices to get the day started.. the popcorn popper is a wonderful addition even though id like to see it through the night as well. Just my opinion (lol). Overall great stay would return again..

The worst part was the bed. One side has been heavily used and leaves you with the feeling of rolling off which i almost did at one point. But did swap sides with my partner and was better. Wished popcorn was made 24 hrs..

Front staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful and the beds were comfortable. Loved the dove soaps provided in the rooms.

I did ask for my room to be cleaned as we had small children. I was advised it would be cleaned and when we returned late that night after being at dollywood all day the room was dirty with no clean towels. I called the front desk and a sheet was brought up so I could change the sheets myself and towels so we could shower. The hot tub also needed to be cleaned it has a stagnant smell to the water.

Clean everything and friendly staff! Hot breakfast! Wonderful biscuits, eggs, cinnamon rolls, bacon, and gravy! A good selection of other breakfast items we didn’t try or had room for.

Need a little more water pressure in shower. Needs a light above the bathroom mirror. Need a different sausage patty. Tough n rubbery after cool. Parking lot has a large hole.

Located just outside the busiest part of town, with a red light to access main road easily. Located near many attractions to visit, both for entertainment and food.

It would be nice to be able to stream device to the tv provided. Didn't stay long enough to inquire about that though. Could've been "user error".

Having to ask everyday to get room cleaned. Lights went out in bathroom, hallway one morning and would not come back on.. Water leaking from shower under wall ,needs more caulking, got carpet wet in corner of room. told front desk ,they gonna fix..just one of those things that happen..not a big deal, not something to freak out about, just a maintenance issue.

We stayed in the king suite with spa bath and shower. The bed was super comfy and a lot of space.The food was good as well. The location of the hotel was perfect, it wasn’t in the main road but it was 10 minutes or less to some really good restaurants and stores. We absolutely loved it! We definitely recommend it!

The two things I didn’t like was the shower drain wasn’t properly draining. The second thing was the breakfast needed more variety maybe they could add some pancakes, waffles, grits, or fruit. The food was delicious though.

The location is close to everything we wanted to do and had some beautiful views of the sunset from our room. The suite was roomy and comfortable.

The hot tub by the pool didn't have working jets. The bed was so high from the floor that my wife had to jump to get up on it. She is only 4'10¾" so a step stool would have been nice.

The property was very well-maintained super clean, and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

if I had one negative would’ve been nice if the pool was heated, other than that everything else was fantastic.

Breakfast was poor - only 2 kind of fruit for vegan (apples and oranges). We stay for 6 nights, and although we asked for bananas or something else for Vegan Breakfast- no one pay attention for this. Noisy a/c

I was very impressed by Doyle. He was very friendly, upon our arrival. Every time we went to the counter, we were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome.

The water pressure in the shower could have been better. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and will come again.
