We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Dollywood theme park. The hotel is lovely, the room was a reasonable size (we had a family suite) and had good, albeit noisy air conditioning. The hotel staff were SO friendly, from the receptionists to the cleaners, cafe staff and more.

I've never been to a hotel before where the valet staff at the front door were so totally uninterested in guests. As we arrived, I struggled up the hill from the car park with my daughter and 2 big suitcases and not only did nobody offer to help with our bags, or get us a luggage trolley, nobody even offered to hold the door open for us. The 3 men on duty just stared - they didn't even say good evening. I'd think it was a one-off but they were exactly the same when we checked out 2 days later and my suitcase got stuck on a carpet. They just watched me struggle in 100 degree heat. Disappointing first and last impression. If you're not paying the $25 for valet parking, don't expect anyone to acknowledge you, it seems.

My mother & I felt like royalty staying at the DreamMore Resort. The staff extended themselves in a personal, caring way. My mother needed a walk in shower and the staff made it happen. You can see how they care about the people staying at the resort. They were family, not just employees. I plan for future stays at the DreamMore. We also liked the staff that took us in the shuttle buses to and from Dollywood. Everyone was friendly. The food was excellent. We also liked shopping at the Pineberry shop inside the resort. The view from our six floor window that overlooked the pool was phenomenal. The Christmas decorations inside and out were extremely beautiful. You will never find another place in Pigeon Forge that offers these services. We also loved the butterflies.

We had no dislikes.

We enjoyed the comfortable luxury of the DreamMore Resort. The daily events for families to participate in were joyous and appreciated. We came to enjoy the morning and evening live music and singing in the lobby area. There were plenty of amenities to fill our time, besides the bonus of convenient transportation to and from Dollywood!

Our only discouraging times were ordering meals from the restaurants on site. On four out of five occasions we utilized room service, poolside, and in-restaurant orders were wrong, but the staff did make amends and the food was otherwise very tasty.

My stay at Dollywood Dream More Resort was Fabulous! Ifekt like ivwas "living in a Dream" while i was there...The staff was Always helpful and Courteous- they were Always there to help you with a question or anything! I would say the service was OUTSTANDING!! The Resort was Beautiful in Every Way! I can't wait to go back one day and stay Longer next time! I would like to use the pool, Spa and other things i didn't have enough time to use this vacation. It was a Pleasure staying at Dollywood Dream More Resort!!

It would have been Nice to at least have Free Continental Breakfast every morning- especially since young families are headed to Dollywood early. I know you can pay for a Buffet Breakfast in the Restaurant, but it's a LOT of $$ after paying for your family's Tickets to Dollywood. I never had the Buffet Breakfast, but I did get tea and a Muffin at the Market one morning. It was Delicious!

Fabulous resort. Rooms were lovely, theres a coffee shop downstairs, along with a merchandise shop. Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming! Because we stayed at the resort we were given free passes to “skip the queues” at the theme park and a free trolley service to and from the resort. The TV in the room has a channel (Channel 301) where Dolly reads bedtime stories, very sweet!

There wasn’t much we didn’t like. However, Breakfast was expensive and the most expensive breakfast we had anywhere in Tennessee. It was roughly $64 for 2 adults including a tip.

The atmosphere and how central to all our activities it was.

There was an experience with the associate who works the ticket desk who seemed bothered we were asking questions about our arrangements for the next day trip to Dollywood. We had not stayed before and was asking how it would work what time to be down for the shuttle and what we would need to do. We came back the next morning and were able to get what we needed but would have been better for our understanding of what to expect if they were helpful.

Our Christmas Day dinner at the Song and Hearth restaurant was cold.

Upon arrival the dreammore is absolutely beautiful. The curbside service to help unload your Luggage and take to your room is amazing. The staff is friendly. The scenery is fantastic. The rooms are clean. The bakery is fantastic.

The hotel is being renovated, so some rooms are new some are old. The old rooms really need new mattresses. My kids wanted to swim when they heard the pool was heated. It was definitely not and freezing. When I asked where the hot tub was a rude lifeguard said he wouldn't tell me because my kids where 13 not 16.... I thought this was a very rude response when you pay 500 dollars a night to stay.

Had high end features. The ladies at the spa were the best!! From the girl setting up our appointment to meeting the ladies doing our medi /pedi's. They both was so nice to my daughter and I. We got very good treatment for the money.

The cost of arts & crafts was just to much! Smore's at campfire was nice but 1 per person..?? Come on! Nobody eats just 1! For the money you spend on room then your drinks, coffee and snacks and the dinner prices. I feel 2 smores could be given.

The resort is beautiful. It’s close to Dollywood and the accommodations were great. We had a wonderful time. All of the amenities - the lovely rooms, the hospitality and friendliness, and the use of the trolley to transport us to/from the resort - were great. We were very happy with our visit. We will stay at DreamMore again. I’d like to try the spa next time. It is worth the money. 😊

The cost per room is higher than all of the surrounding hotels. But, we had a wonderful time.
