Everything, the staff was all so friendly. Samantha booked us in, she was wonderful and incredibly friendly. Our 4 day stay I don't think there was ever a time we didn't see staff cleaning. Our beds were so comfortable I could have spent my entire trip there. We had a wonderful time! And breakfast was great!

I loved the breakfasts. A lot to choose from and very clean and good. The location was wonderful. Plenty of parking. The elevators were very quick. Overall very nice hotel

The beds were not a comfortable as the Holiday Inns that I have stayed in. Another issue is the hotel attempted to charge me more than the price I booked for on the app. I caught it and the hotel staff said that sometimes the system automatically charges the going rate but she credited me right away the difference. So watch your charges

Samantha at the front desk was awesome. The views were spectacular.

Pet cost was 75 per pet. price was not discussed, was disappointed that my two pets cost as much as another night. overall the hotel was excellent.

The cleanliness and the staff was super nice. Omg the hot breakfast was delicious!

I tried to do work that needed to be done the internet was awful, they have issues with internet, had to go elsewhere to get work done on computer. The T.V was out majority of the time also due to internet I guess from what the front desk said. The rooms was alittle smaller than expected, I wish we would of stayed at the Home2 their rooms are a lot bigger. I don’t like to complain, but for the price we paid, internet was very important for this stay, and I did have it. I think they should of gave us a break in the room to make up for their issues. It’s a very nice place to stay, just don’t plan on doing work online there.

Extremely clean facility...Very friendly staff...Extremely great location...Great amenities...Loved everything about this facility!! Will definitely stay again when we visit Pigeon Forge, and will recommend to anyone!

We absolutely LOVED the facility, location, everything it offered, just a couple of minor things...(1) is the bathroom needs a fan to turn on while showering or just using the bathroom in general..(2) for some reason we weren't able to get a strong enough WiFi signal during busy times. Otherwise, no complaints!

Breakfast was really good. Overall, the entire building was super clean and fresh. Beds are very comfortable. Nicely sized tv in the room as well. I would certainly recommend this place and will book again in the future.

Frankly, I can’t think of a single thing to criticize. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I would certainly recommend to anyone visiting Pigeon Forge.

The room and lobby very clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. Samantha and the girl who was working with her were awesome! Samantha took the time before her shift ended to make fresh coffee.I wish I could have spent more time there the games in lobby was a added bonus.

There was nothing I didn’t enjoy. Rooms were pricy but well worth it.

Location was perfect and convenient to everything around town but yet slightly away from the hussle of the main artery in town. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff was polite and made sure everything was topped up in a timely fashion. Room was clean and spacious. Had some issue with the hair dryer in the room but the front desk swapped it for a new one.

The Ac in the room could be better, I spoke to another couple who were leaving the hotel carrying a box fan and they agreed with the same, the Ac would cut off at 67 which is ok but then the fan also would turn off causing it to feel stuffy inside. Hilton needs to ensure there is an option to leave the fan running so there is some cross ventilation and your not feeling like your locked in a shoe box

We had been driving for hours and were so tired we picked this place off of the reviews and it was a great choice! the rooms were so clean, and the beds were comfortable! The staff was even so kind to extend our checkout time because we didn’t get there until 4 am. we missed breakfast but other people said it was great and they also have a rooftop loung that had a beautiful view definitely worth checking out!
