The pool was nice, kinda small for a bigger motel but it was nice. Service desk gentleman was always nice and spoke when we walked by.

The breakfast. Yes there was a breakfast bar but you had to heat your own food (biscuits, eggs ..etc). Everyone waiting in line to heat their food made the line long and very time consuming. I have never been somewhere where the customer had to heat their own food and no meat for breakfast. We booked there due to it having breakfast but to be honest if I would of known ahead of time that the food was cold and we had to heat it ourself and there was no meat I would of probably found somewhere else. There was a "tip" jar but I didn't feel the need to tip someone that didn't provide a hot meal.

Outside some lights were out and some trash left outside. Had me worried before even walking in.

The property was conveniently located just off the main strip. Quiet at night and plenty of parking. Our room was clean and well stocked for our family with toiletries. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub and the little game room. Staff were friendly. We didn’t try the continental breakfast, but they appeared to have a good selection and the room was packed both days we were there. The lobby was beautifully decorated for fall. We also loved the balcony with seating. The room was huge and tons of room for our family.

Staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a breakfast on the premises.It was nice to be so close to a lot of the places we planned to visit also. Our room had a kitchen which was nice with a microwave to heat up leftovers from places we ate at.

The floor was not clean in the room or the bathroom. Also the breakfast room used foam plates for the microwave. Don't they know that the microwave emits harmful chemicals from foam into the food being heated. That was the worse thing I found. Oh and in the kitchen of our room there was only 1 set of silverware. If 4 people were staying they would have needed more obviously.

the best part of staying at this hotel was the location, you are right in the middle of the city basically and there are tons of things to do within walking distance right behind the hotel. the breakfast was small and didn't have many option but it blows the water out of most locations in comparison,

the only thing i didnt like was the fact that booking.com has the rooms 20$ overpriced over actually calling in and looking for prices at the hotel itself, i will most deffinanly do more research next time, the hotel itself is ok, but the bathroom is a little dated, and the bathrooms are as well, but that can not be helped, it is still better then other places in the area.

I’ve always enjoyed staying at park grove very friendly staff has always been clean . We have been coming here off and on for about 20 yrs .

This stay we got a suite because another couple was with us room 616 while the room seemed like it had maybe been cleaned it wasn’t up to your standards there was hair in the bathroom floor , and all the tables where dusty the balcony had lost of spider webs . The room just seemed to need a little extra attention also I don’t know if your aware but the door jam on one of the doors leading to the balcony is broken the outer door will close and lock but it is broken.

I've stayed at the Park Grove Inn a few times over the years, easy location at light 2b and they have made some updates to the rooms which is great. I especially liked the remodeled shower which was a lot easier than climbing in a tub. Beds were made, trash and dirty towels were removed every day making the room look nice again. Really appreciated not having to ask for new towels.

We only ate breakfast at the inn the last day right before we left but they really could use a couple of warmers for the biscuits and eggs. You have to heat things in a small microwave. The lady that worked in the breakfast area was very nice and made apologies for this which was not her fault.

Staff was great. Breakfast was decent for continental style. Room was ok but upon arrival there was little toilet paper, the coffee supplies were half used and there was a half eaten cookie laying beside the coffee machine. It wasn't a huge ordeal but should have been cleaned and restocked before arrival. The workout room is small but I only saw 1 other person in there and it was nice to have the machines to use. The pool was cloudy and hot tub was dirty but there were numerous kids in and out of there so we opted to only soak our feet in the hot tub when it was available. Overall it was a good value for the price and the location was good.

I have never felt more welcome at a hotel. From the first seconds on the property. I was made to feel as if I was the most important guest they were having at their facility. The young lady at the desk, whose name escapes me (longest running employee), went above and beyond to ensure that my negative experience at the hotel, I checked out of early, didn't ruin the rest of my vacation. The head of maintenance that was filling in on housekeeping staff went above the call of duty, and personally went to find a clean room so we could check in early. So we were not running around for over 5 hours, with no hotel room. These two individuals understand the meaning of guest service. As a matter of fact, every staff member we encountered seemed to have a sense of pride in the hotel. In the future, we will base our trips to this city, on availability at this hotel. Having to leave. But seriously, you will never find a perfect hotel, but this one is very close. The only thing I can think of negative was their inability to control the rain.

Heated indoor pool and spa.spa could have been a little warmer but still nice to have.towel were available at desk no problem in getting staff super nice. pool table available was great entertainment got to play several games with our grandsons.coin changer in room. coffee in lobby all the time. location was great. beds was comfortable. price of stay reasonable. room was spacious washer and dryer on site. kroger next door can walk to. nice breakfast considering it was included, FYI no meats. balcony outside of room.

Hair dryer didn't work. bathroom was tiny. room had cob webs on ceiling probably from room unit and behind furniture needed vacuumed. linens on bed had holes and pillows small but 4 to a bed. TV was 32" and too old to connect an Xbox to.but plenty of stations to watch.
