The hotel was very clean and very conveniently located. The hotel staff was friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The gym was very clean and fully equipped.

They did not have breakfast. The breakfast person did not show up, so they didn't do breakfast at all. I thought that was a bit strange.

Hotel sits right by the freeway so it is loud at times. Shower was super slick. I needed change to get quarters for the laundry and the front desk didn’t have any, She called the hotel next door to see if they had some. she tells me they do and how to get there. I get over there and was told they didn’t have any quarters, but this nice front desk clerk (I believe Marriot) ran over to residence inn and got quarters for me and apologized for this. Half of the laundry units were out of order. The customer service at Hilton was bad at this hotel.

Cannot shout from the rooftop enough ... GABE WAS AMAZING! He was extremely accommodating to my elderly father who had a lot of questions about everything from getting into the rooms, to providing maps of the city, even so far as to show him the best place to park his car so he can see his car from the room. We were only there for one night due to the hotel being fully booked for the rest of the weekend but we will stay there again just for him.

Overall great, the only concern I would let others know is you definitely need a car to get around from this hotel. It's off the highway and close enough to downtown and Domain but if you don't have a car you'll have some trouble getting to those places.

some of the facilities were “out of order” like the ATM and the pool.

I have stayed at this property before, so I was familiar with the layout. It’s a beautiful property and the staff are all so pleasant and accommodating. The room was super comfy!

The only thing I can think of is I could hear the traffic on I-35, but I closed all the curtains at night and it wasn’t bad.

Staff was excellent, very helpful and attentive.

Wasn't aware there was a city tax on top of everything else. Would be nice to see that as part of the booking. At least a disclaimer that an additional city tax will be charged.

the property was in a good location right off the freeway and in the middle of restaurants, stores, and the outlets.

all the trash bins were overflowing day and night the two nights we stayed there, not a good look. The breakfast was supposed to be complimentary and had I not asked I would of been paying 14.99 per plate! we ended up getting vouchers since I showed the concierge proof that our reservation had the breakfast included, but the breakfast was very disappointing.

It was very clean! Breakfast was great and for one guy working all the tables and cooking the food he was really quick. All staff members were amazingly so helpful and had the attitude.

The bed was so uncomfortable and it didn’t help that I was pregnant. There was a sign that says to get your room clean to talk to staff and they can get that done, so we asked and it kinda sucked that housekeeping couldn’t come clean our room the offered to schedule them for the next day but by then we were leaving so it didn’t matter. We had to put our trash and towels outside the room so they can take it. There was an issue with what we booked on booking.com to what we got at check in. Our room was amazing but the price was not what we booked, luckily they priced matched with no issues and we got our refund!

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower was hot We we're surprised the tap water from the bathroom had a good taste. We ate dinner downtown. The Capital and downtown were close enough for us.

The pool was smaller than expected. Too small for laps but still big enough to cool off with. We didn't swim but saw a few tweens enjoying the pool the day we left.
