I was hesitant at first when I read some bad reviews, but never judge a book by its cover! The place is great! Austin has gotten incredibly expensive lately, even more during the Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend (which is when I went), and everything is booked or double/treble the price. So, this place was value for money. It was decent in size and comfy. The A/C and heat worked like a charm. I'd stay here again!

we absolutely loved the newly renovated room they allowed us to stay in. the news layout is wonderful the desk tv stand and connecting closet is brilliant. the room has kitchen in it and they will have pots pans plates for the rooms at a extra fee but is reasonable.

I don't think there was anything we didn't like. I am just trying to fill the 3 sentence rule. our over all experience was like no other place we have been to 10/10 would be back again if I am in Austin.

You get what you pay for, but it’s good for the price. Bed, TV, en-suite, and a small kitchenette. And decent air con.

A lot of door slamming through the night. Earplugs sorted that though. Not the cleanest, but good enough.

Late night desk lady took my id and did not return it, instead leaving it at the front desk instead of notifying me. I was in shock the next day when I could not find it. The lady on the next shift had it and was very cordial, unlike the night receptionist.

Nice spacious clean rooms with kitchens, sink, full size fridge and 2 burners. Small gym downstairs, vending machines. Very easy 34 freeway accessible. Front desk was very friendly no matter who was at the desk make you feel welcome.

Kitchen with electric 2-burner stove for actual cooking, full-size fridge and sink, large microwave, exercise room and laundry.

Parking spots are tight especially if you're driving a moving truck, and towing a car.

Nice lady at the front desk. Tierra was very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. Just made the whole process go well after a bad day. Thank you.

The only complaint is about the dishes and the fact there isn't any.

A very nice and safe environment. Good outside lighting. Exit doors remain locked and secure

Water pressure seems low in the shower. Morning cleaning crew does not deliver towels and linens. They want u to go get them yourself.

The property was very clean. The staff was very helpful nice and friendly and professional.
