The front desk African American female attendant named Ebony, was exceptional and very engaging. She made our stay very pleasant. The other staff were very professional and the cleaniness of the hotel was impressive!🙂

We were disappointed that Booking.com advertised that the hotel breakfast was available. We assumed that meant free. We would have preferred if they would’ve stated that the breakfast was not free. We we’re very embarrassed when the “ wording “ of the contract was explained

Nice staff, clean room, confortable beds, great location. Housekeeper Maria was always so kind. Breakfast is good, but they were always out of something and understaffed, so keep that in mind because you may have to wait quite a bit to get your order and to get the food served. But very good overall!!!

Great customer service. Christian was amazingly helpful and attententive. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast options and the quality of the food. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great. The facility was clean and comfortable and the only issue I had was the ice machine was not working in the 4th floor and had to go down to the 2nd floor for ice. Other than that, everything was amazing.

So comfortable and A/C is really good on a hot Texas day. Facilities were great, although laundry cost $7 to wash and dry, gym was good and clean and pool looked well maintained.

The only downside is distance from Austin itself but that can be seen from the map and it depends on why you’re booking here. But an Uber into town isn’t the cheapest and may outweigh the cost of booking somewhere closer to the centre.

The Bistro was excellent

Fold out sofa had no bedding. Called front desk, they said we had to come to the front desk to get it. Had to come down and carry bedding back up by hand personally at 11 pm after an exhausting day of travel. Should have been provided by staff at room

was a little disappointed saturday morning..... I had paid for the breakfast to be included and was told it would be out by 7. i had to leave by 715 and nothing was out yet.... not even coffee.

Still haven’t received my “deposit” back. The man in the front desk as soon as I check out it would be refunded. It’s been over 12 hours and still haven’t gotten it back.

It’s a really pretty hotel it’s very night it’s very clean the room was big very clean I loved it and the bed was really comfortable

The front desk worker was really rude and the security person was rude

The breakfast was good, it was a different set up from what I have experienced at other hotels. Having to order from Starbucks menu but the staff was great!
