The hotel it's self was good. Bed was comfortable. We felt safe. Food was available across the highway.

The kids left the pool twice as Band-Aids were in the water, they mentioned it to the front desk the first time. We located a keyboard in the fold out bed which lead us to believe it was not cleaned. We checked the sheets with the ones in the closet as the front desk staff did not seem interested. One night we got take out late and ate at one of the breakfast tables, I asked for cleaner to clean are old table which I was given and the employees continued their conversation rather then offering to do it themselves.

This is a nicely updated, modern property with great amenities and a fantastic breakfast offering. That’s a big deal; a good breakfast is getting hard to come by at hotel stays, but this Marriott is very generous in that regard. Beds are super comfy and there was plenty of room in the double suite for my family. The staff are all very nice, especially GiGi.

Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m no prude. I lived my college days to their fullest, and wouldn’t change a thing; however, I was a bit unnerved to discover the smell of weed in various hallways and pretty consistently in the elevators during the entire stay. It doesn’t bother me personally, but it does bother me that I had to “play dumb” with my children when they kept asking what that smell was.

the property is very modern, i like how you get this upscale look for a reasonable price. the hotel appeared to be mostly sold out when we arrived and despite that it was a quiet and peaceful experience at night. id say it was the most comfortable sleep ive had at a hotel

the room we stayed in didn’t have a fan in the bathroom, so when we showered all the humidity stayed in the room and it made for a somewhat uncomfortable feeling. the window unit only seemed to function at 1 or 2 temperatures, which wasn’t quite cool enough and didn’t help with humidity. however other rooms at this location didn’t have this problem.

I really l liked the area, the highway is right next to hotel, there is an HEB, In & Out and some restaurants on the other side of the highway across the street. Gas station few blocks away and a walmart as well. The hotel was nice ive stayed here 1 other time and no complaints. Staff was friendly in everything I needed. Spacious room

The pillows were flat & to be honest the breakfast was not that great. There were good options like eggs cereal toast etc. The sausage was a bit bland seemed like it was microwaved. On my stay there wasn't a waffle maker was a bit disappointing. I would suggest going to The Original Pancake House about 10 mins away. Best breakfast and not expensive at all.

We enjoyed all most everything. A nice spacious room for the price and the warm breakfast. I’m a potato eater so I wish there was a some kind of potato dish for the breakfast but it is not a big deal. We didn’t have time to try the indoor pool but we will bring our swimsuits next time!

Our daughter got a few big itchy bug bites while she was in the bed. They don’t seem to be bed bug bites but not mosquito bites either. Our room seemed clean and other family didn’t get any so I don’t think the room was infested but this is not what we expected.

Room size was great Actual kitchen and working area Bed and towels clean and soft AC unit worked perfectly with no smells Staff were very efficient and helpful Housekeeping was more often than usual and did nkt wake me up

Noise isolation not that good, there was a lot of noise but nothing that would not let me sleep Toilet flushing was leaking, but I put a towel on the level to keep it from disconnecting so leaking stopped. WiFi was slow (4mb) and required payment to be faster. A couple of dead roaches inside the bathroom light.

A easy one day vacation. I was so pleased with the hotel. I stayed in my room the entire time the hotel was more enjoyable than Austin. That's how satisfied I was. My stay Aug. 5-6th. 2023. Room #112. The Gentleman at the front desk were Efficient, Hospitalable, Welcoming and pleasant! They both were a wonderful representation of the face of your brand! Two desk clerks with the Beards. I maybe back in two weeks. Looks like I found a home away from home when In Austin. Thank you guys! Richie W.

No Dislike!

The room layout is good. Nice space for the desk to work. The couch is also nice for relaxing. The free breakfast was good, better than other hotels. The waffles were wonderful Parking is easy and the hotel is right off the highway.

Nothing major. We heard the rad noise a bit, not a major issue. The breakfast area was bit tight.

When I was checking in the clerk could not find my reservation even with the confirmation number. He finally found it. The door lock was wonky and when I told the desk clerk he said they were all that way. I have stayed in many hotels and I felt the lock wasn’t secure enough especially as a woman staying by myself. Also the toilet ran and I needed to jingle the handle.

The Breakfast was okay and the hotel being next to the Interstate was very helpful. In addition, the indoor pool was quite helpful in the extreme heat.

It was a tad bit far from the downtown area and the sink area was a bit small for both my significant other to get ready in the morning.
