We loved our stay! We checked in with Marina who was so sweet and explained more than enough about the hotel. She was very friendly and had a nice welcoming smile. The room was perfect! Room was super clean and beds were so comfortable. The entire facility was so clean and smelled good. The pool area was nice, too. The breakfast was our favorite part. There were so many choices! It was a nice hearty breakfast that left us full for hours. All our interaction with anyone at the hotel was pleasant. We will definitely stay here again.

The only complaint I have is the water pressure inside the shower. It was super low.

The neighbors due to certain circumstances and conjoined rooms cause it was kind of scary to think there’s a door in the room that connects to another room in certain rooms.

The room was clean and beds were comfy. The hotel smelled clean and front desk was friendly. Breakfast was above average. Overall a good experience. I'll definitely consider staying here my next trip to Austin.

Had to book a stay here the day we got into town because our prior plans fell though and the price was reasonable for three days. Staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and very helpful during the stressful situation.

room was non-smoking but has a funny smell but something we could overlook also close to downtown Austin so take that under consideration when booking if you’re traveling alone

I like that despite the hotel not being new it always smells clean and is very clean. I absolutely appreciate that. That I'm able to feel comfortable to lay my head on the pillow knowing that it was clean.

Only thing I didn't like was that we were told breakfast was from 6am-9am and by 8am everything was already being put away. There wasn't much to eat but egg and sausage and waffles.

Clean, friendly staff, good location, nice breakfast, good water pressure in the shower, front desk is really nice

There were a couple of smashed cars in the neighborhood which made us a little worried about ours, but the parking lot is totally safe

I really enjoyed the breakfast that they had here. Coffee was also better than most hotels.

There's only one road that can take you to this property and it makes it take alittle longer than usual to get her. Especially since it's by the highway.

I always come here every time I come to Austin I know there’s plenty of other hotels/motels but this one really stuck with me, my partner and I came here for the first time 2 years ago & ever since this has been our go to, it’s convenient, it’s well maintained for an old building the staff is nice, the breakfast is good and hot, it’s a really good place to stay for the weekend!

The location was very convenient and easy to access most parts of Austin. The location had a nice setup. There was ample parking that was well-lit and seemed pretty secure. There was active security that monitored the parking lot throughout the night.

The room was missing ways to charge devices with a USB port. I brought my cable but forgot my adapted and I was wondering how any room could be missing this minor convenience feature that is often in every other location. The alarm clock needed to be unplugged because it wouldn't stop making noise.

The staff was so lovely and professional. The room was clean, and the housekeeping team did a perfect job every day. The corridors had powerful air conditioning with pleasant air fresheners everywhere.

The breakfast was not good and could include fresh fruits and more options other than only scrambled eggs and sausages.
