First off we were greeted with heartfelt genuine “Hello’s”, then our luggage was taken to the room and unpacked for us. It was the most gorgeous room and very clean, the air conditioner didn’t work properly, so the first night was a tad uncomfortable but they got it fixed. The food was fantastic, the whole mood/ service was impeccable. The toilet out o no where would not quit running so every time we flushed we had to pick the back lid up and set it back down so the water would quit running. It was all around a fantastic stay, if you could remove the air conditioner/ toilet issues I would of definitely given it a 10 star rating.

Air conditioner broke on first night, which resulted in a clammy first night sleep, second night toilet would not quit running unless you picked back lid up and set it back down after you flushed it.

Nice centrally located to the AAC.

Check-in, They didn’t have our reservation in their system, found it in Booking.com’s system. Took a little longer to check us in.

The housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:30 am and again at 9:15. Woke up both of my kids. Check out was 11 and I did not appreciate them coming by.

Beautiful lobby and amenities. The rooms are spacious and clean and comfortable.

we would not order room service again, unless it came from Nobu. The breakfast we ordered and the other dinner items we ordered were all fairly warm and disappointing.

Great location. Stanley Korshak’s store, great restaurants and close to many venues We went to a Christmas party at The Network. The hotel car took us and picked us up which was so nice!

Everything was 5 star service from the moment I pulled up! It began with Ray helping me valet park my car, I was assisted with my bags I originally only had the 4th of July booked but I enjoyed my stay so much I had to stay another night. Angel and Tricia made the stay even better by helping with some arrangements for a surprise. Every time I entered I was greeted and also when I was living. Bj even looked up some great local restaurants for us…to be honest everyone listed made my stay feel like I never left home. Thank you all so much for the amazing experience if you come to this hotel ask for Tricia, Angel, Ray, and Bj! Mahalo from Justen

Beautiful hotel in a great location, valet and checks in staff are quick and super helpful. Jim checked us in and gave us info on where to get brunch and other tips. We requested an early check in and got it, which was fantastic as our daughter wasn’t feeling well and needed to lie down. She felt much better after a short rest and we were able to continue with our plans that afternoon and evening.

Toilet was not working properly and whenever flushed, the toilet ran afterwards requiring my husband to jiggle handle to stop it. Safe was broken so we had to take all valuables with us. That was most annoying because it’s not wise to leave laptop or any other valuable in the room unless it’s in the safe. Walls are paper thin so hard to get a good night’s sleep due to noise like tv, talking & door slamming from adjoining rooms.
