Good clean rooms, specious.

They have elevators broken for a while and forced to walk up and down stairs to 3rd floor, when explained about slight disability was told by one employee that I can always just go accross parking lot to the other hotel and then wanted to charge me for my Service animal.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Great location in West El Paso, close to the New Mexico border, lots of shopping malls, barbecue sites, and a wealth of dining options for all budgets from McDonalds to top notch. The hotel is not far away from downtown and with a nice indoor swimming pool, particularly for children (it's not that big). Rooms are comfy, noise isolation is a plus, you never feel you are just off the I-10 Highway, there's a microwave and a fridge. There are some quite good options in the breakfast room, apart from the typical "continental" offerings, for instance, there's a waffle machine where you can make your own Texas-shaped waffle, quite Instagrameable!

Nothing….. exceeded my expectatation

My family and i loved the room.. very clean and the staff were very nice this is going to be our hotel every time that we are in laramie visiting our son

everything was perfect, staff was very nice, the room was very clean and they made sure and had some warm soup ready for the guests which was yummy

The breakfast was good, the staff was amazing and the beds were super comfy and clean!

The toilet in my room was a little loose so when you sat up I’d wobble and make noise and we didn’t have towels so we had to go downstairs to request some, but the staff was super kind and responsive!

Everything. Staff location room size vending machines and ice machine.. breakfast was decent...

Wished the laundry wouldn't have been out of service when we stayed.

Location and proximity to other amenities and I10.

Right on I10, so noisy. Some dude was having what looked like a drug-induced episode in the parking lot when we arrived. Rooms were pretty dirty; my wife had to clean the room prior to us entering with our family. Toothpaste all over bathroom, drink rings all over flat surfaces, hair everywhere, pillows were dirty and had to be exchanged, one room had no towels and the same room did not have a TV remote control.

the shower was broken. We had to move rooms and it smelled like cigarettes and it was “non smoking”
