It was very clean and we loved the space in the rooms as well as the clean kitchen. We loved the pool but wished it was a little more private being in front of the parking area.

Our host was dry and didn’t have the greatest of people skills. Mistakes were made at booking, even though I called 2 days in advance, and excuses were made and it seemed the host wanted to place blame on the booking sight. However, it was not booking fault as I called ahead and spoke to someone at the hotel and they assured me a note was in the system and the situation was taken care of. To our surprise at arrival it was not taken care of and it was a hassle. Also we were a little disappointed in the mattresses. They were not that comfortable. The desk/ table in room 500 needs to be fixed. It was very unstable. Was bummed there was only very strong coffee or decaf coffee. Would be nice to have breakfast or medium roast,

The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout-all credit to the housekeeping team. Front desk staff were always very pleasant, friendly and helpful. We had a sea view and a large clean spacious room. The lifts in the hotel were quite modern, fast and efficient. This particular Homewood Suites is situated right next to Walgreens-which is a great place to get most of the things you need.

We didn't know the Biker's Rally was on for 3-4 days during our 8 day stay. There was a lot of noise on the road outside our hotel as they rode up and down. Also, one night-a large group of bikers occupied the car park right below our window. There quite a bit of noise due to loud music being played and people talking loudly , even after midnight. My husband did not get much sleep that night. Breakfast was very limited-there could have been a lot more choice for the guests. If you arrived late to breakfast-all of the fresh fruit was gone. Frankly-it could have been a lot better!

Everything!!!! the staff went above and beyond to make our stay the best!!! Thank you to the front desk girls who saved my broken nail by finding glue to keep me together you girls are amazing! You also accommodated us by letting us hang out in your beautiful lobby when it was pouring rain after we got off our cruise ship. Our room was roomy, clean and had amazing views of the ocean. We will definitely be back to play in Galveston and will without question stay with you again! Until we meet again keep doing what you’re doing with amazing, comfortable and friendly customer service!

Love the rooms, the location, the breakfast and the well working a.c.! Could have used a bigger pool and a hot tub would have been nice, and complimentary laundry soap would have been welcomed too. I think the $20 parking was a tad gouging and scamming...I've never had to pay to park in my hotel. After sending close to $200/night I thought the parking fee was over the top but oh well. I had a good night's sleep and the kitchen in the suite was very convenient. Would book again properly.

No hot tub. $20 parking fee. That was ridiculous.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, which we needed for a family of 5 and very clean. There was even a basketball court which my oldest loved after a 3 hour car ride. We didn't get to check out the pool due to weather, but it looked clean and fun.

At the breakfast the next morning, they only supplied a small amount of hot food (biscuits and gravy, ham and hashbrowns) which was quickly taken and we had to wait twice for it to be replenished as there were quite a few people already waiting ahead of us.

The staff were amazing! Joshua and his team went above and beyond to make our wedding anniversary special! The breakfast was great and staff were friendly and kept the food stocked the whole time. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view.

No fault of the hotel’s, but even though we were close to the beach it was a little bit of a walk to get out to it.

We were charged 50 dollars more which that includes parking 20$ for parking I never been in a hotel that they charge you for parking when u stay there. I ask the lady what about we don’t want to pay for parking we’re can we park she proceeded to tell me I don’t know where you can park they gonna tow your car Till right know I haven’t received my 30$ back

The location was across from the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even kept the pool and basketball court open a little later for my kids. Wednesday evening they had a salad bar, wine and beer, sweets and juice. Breakfast was very good and filling each day

I didn't have any cooking utensils and the dishes were only for 2 people. There was no liquid dish soap to wash dishes. I had to run the dishwasher for only a few dishes and pan. The staff was helpful to bring me cooking utensils.

Originally we had booked a studio king. But we wanted the bedroom separately from the living area, so we went downstairs and asked to upgrade and they were very helpful and let us! Which was so nice! Nice and clean. Kitchenette is nice to have!

paying $15/night for parking on their own property, that's weird. It's not fancy. It's not gated, so that's unnecessary to me. Especially when you're already spending 250 a night.

Property was tidy. Good options in their pantry to purchase and decent breakfast although there were no gluten free options for us to enjoy other than fruit. The rooms were spacious and comfortable but our microwave didn’t work in our kitchenette and it took a while and multiple visits to sort
