This room was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The ladies at the front desk were extremely helping guarantee me a room when we arrived before check in 3pm. The room was cold, the hot water ran good and the room was nice for our one night stay.

The property was a little dirty trash everywhere and the pool wasn’t clean but we stayed at the beach all day so never went to the pool. Overall good hotel.

EVERYONE IS SO DOWN TO EARTH. I had a late check in & I was late even for that. Reservation got canceled, but the staff found a way for me to stay there anyway. Some guy complained about not having microwaves in the room... THERE’S ONE IN THE OFFICE... WHY ON EARTH WOULD ANYONE WANT TO STAY INSIDE THE ROOM WHEN YOU’RE AT THE BEACH ANYWAY! This is a MOtel... not the embassy suites... the staff has always been so kind. Always doing their best to try to keep things up and running... like the pool area... it was raining and they still made sure guests were able to enjoy that amenity. THE MOST AWESOME thing is that the staff recognized me from my last stay... sweet gesture... and they’re very patient when it comes to dealing with problematic customers... I’ve witnessed this on both occasions when I stayed here... I love this place & won’t stay anywhere Else

I stayed here while evacuated from hurricane Ida. The staff was amazing. The rooms were spacious which was great since we were a family of 6 traveling with 6 pets. The beds were comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool. I can’t say enough how great the staff was. They went above and beyond to help in any way they could. There was lots of stores within 10 minutes of the hotel.

They didn’t have a microwave in the room. I found a Walmart about 8 minutes away and bought the cheapest one they had.

The House keeping doesn't clean after you requested it

Peaceful place with no bother to us. Staff was friendly and professional.

Trash overflowing often in trash cans.

Air conditioning was good.

Needs update. Hot water was to hot . No shower curtain in bathroom . Some light bulbs missing . Commode wouldn’t flush without taking the lid off and and pulling up on the linkage .

Location was good

Had roaches, beds were uncomfortable, pillows were flat. Checked in with 4 people but got 2 towels
