staff were friendly and proximity to beach.

the carpets seemed like they need to be steam cleaned. not terribly bad but you can tell it was time. also a little mildew around the jacuzzi tub.

I love how close the property is to the beach. I also love how cold the room was lol :) I didn’t have to use the a/c at all!!!

Now the late night receptionist was very rude …. even over the phone. I called due to my concerns with a check-in by 12am policy that came to my phone. My husband and I was just leaving Pleasure Pier and we wanted to sit on the beach for a few hours before checking in. Remind you it was last minute ideas to stay at the beach. I called to make sure we could check in after 12am and she was rude on the phone. When I got there she knew exactly who I was (I’m a Georgia girl so my country accent is strong lol). She was very rude when I was checking in and she asked, “Are you sure it’s just the two of you?” I was shocked that she would ask that because I booked for two and two people entered together. Other than that the King Suite was nice BUT the jacuzzi (in room 407) didn’t work.

The price is great! We stayed Thursday-Monday for $655. The view was absolutely amazing. We were in room 521 and it was facing the water so we could see the beach out the window and on the balcony. Loved that we were top floor and could see the beach.

They told us upon checking in that our room would be cleaned every other day because we were staying for awhile (5 days) we were fine with this but they never once cleaned our room and we had to hunt down the house keepers just to get toilet paper and towels. The hotel itself is not the cleanest but not filthy by any means.

great Value for money. The rooms are nothing special, but have comfortable beds, fridge, microwave, little balconies, good usb charging option. we chose this hotel as it had an inside pool (good wet weather option), and had great breakfast options (waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, pancakes, toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, good coffee). also beach and fishing pier across the street was fantastic!

At breakfast the waste is huge. all the cups and utensils are individually wrapped in plastic. don’t think that is really needed.

Love the location and the great views from the room. The balcony is nice to have and it’s a cozy place.

Our room had a wonky tv. We got assistance to try and fix the issue (we thought was the remote) but even after getting help it was never fixed. The remote would not be read by the sensor. And someone on our fooor kept smoking weed. It could be smelled from the hallway very strongly.

The location and price were great. The room was nice and cold.

Maids didn't change towels as often as needed. Maintenance person was unfriendly. The washing machine didn't work and i didn't get any help or a refund . I had to spend extra money on the dryer due to the washer not spinning the water out.I was told they would place an out of order sign on the washer and they never did.

Room was very nice and location was great. We enjoyed the breakfast and staff was very friendly.

Better elevators. Just two for the who complex. Very slow when busy.

Well the door to our room would not lock like it should have when leaving. I called the front desk. Maintenance came immediately and resolved the issue. We didn't know that you can't have your cell phone next to the key card because it disables it. The maintenance person had to go back and get another key card several times. He had a smile all the while. I was happy for his patience.

No bacon on the breakfast menu. The coffee was not good.

The hotel location was excellent ...near the beach and everything else on Seawall Blvd. The breakfast was good except on the week-end it was a little crowded in the breakfast area. We had a great room on the first floor at the end of the hallway. Thus, we had a little more privacy :) Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful most of the time.

The check-in was the only time I had a small issue. I went to the room and returned to the front desk to ask about the operation of the safe and the lady at the front desk snapped at me, "What is wrong with the room!" I was like "wow" did she just talk to me like that... A guy came to the room and unlocked the safe and he stated it was dark in the room. I started turning on the lights in the room and one of the lights was burnt out. He noticed it and said he would return with a bulb but never did. Thus, I bought a light bulb for the room at Wal-Mart. Staff needs to be a little more conscientious at all times. The way the lady at the front desk talked to me was unacceptable for a business of this nature.

Location was the best! Loved the king bed with couch area. Breakfast was great!
