I do like that the hotel is in walking distance to restaurants. I love that the beds are super comfortable, it's quiet, beautiful, the staff was very friendly, and I love I didn't get a room next to the brick this time.

The bar wasn't open my whole trip, there's no complimentary breakfast, and my room didn't get as warm as I wanted when I turned the heat up.

Location was perfect for the Astros game. I felt very safe once I was in the hotel, in order to use the elevators your room key must be swiped.

The parking was a bit confusing and due to the reviews about the valet sometimes charging you for an extra day had me worried the day of checkout.

The location of the property was my favorite because of course it was in the middle of downtown. And I really loved the New Age Decor…. easy to find too!

MY VIEW FROM MY ROOM WAS A HUGE BRICK WALL!!! (my only REAL complaint) well considering that it was New Year’s it would’ve been nice to see a little bit more activity inside the hotel itself. For example football game on in the bar on Sunday would’ve had me spending money inside the hotel or maybe even opening the second floor above the Escalade. If there would’ve been more activities inside the hotel I would’ve spent more time at the hotel and of course spent more money with the hotel I had to go find other hotels to do this

I like the location and that it was close to different places downtown.

The pool area! I think it’s time for a remodel , new sofa pillows some plants and the pool needs to be repainted , it definitely have a excellent view an a hot tub wouldn’t be bad!👈🏽😁

The location was perfect for where we were going. I wish parking was free but it was very convenient. Facilities were clean and room was great.

Staff was not rude but were just "meh." Continental breakfast would be nice and my shower was missing a dispenser of soap.

Clean smelling rooms is a must for me and not only did my room smell clean but the entire hotel smelled great

99% of the staff was great so I’m not going to post anything negative but a male staff member near check in desk was kinda stuck up

The front desk employees were super nice and accommodating. We live a couple blocks away and our building was without power. We have a fur baby who had to go stay the night with us. Aloft made us feel right at home.

The bathroom floor was not clean. And I would advise that guest understand the rooms are super small and cramped. It was great for just spending one night. Not sure how it would be for several days with a family.

Great service at all departments!!! Check in des guys were super hospitable and helpful! Very professional. The valet guy wend above and beyond.

Room view was at a black wall of a parking garage. At the same time In the morning the sun didn't hit eyes which was nice after the New Year party 🙃

Hotel was in a good location downtown. Very convenient to places of interests. Rooftop offered great view for pictures.

Room was entirely TOO COLD! Couldn't get thermostat to work right. Rooftop bar was closed. If Breakfast was free or available, it was not mentioned at check-in.

Location was great, hotel was clean, all staff members were really friendly. This hotel is not just pet-tolerant, like most places that say they’re pet-friendly - they are enthusiastic about your pet’s stay! I received dog bags when we checked in and my dog was offered treats by multiple staff members.
