Honestly, we enjoyed pretty much everything about this hotel. The location is a bit off the path to the center of the Riverwalk, but it is still in walking distance. But, be prepared to walk to the main part of the Riverwalk. We enjoyed the pool area, the outside seating area overlooking the Riverwalk. Really just a nice quiet area. Staff very friendly. Easy access to the HEB and interstate.

I was not too pleased with the breakfast area. The area is very small compared to other Hyatt's that we have been to and on a busy summer touristy morning, it can get crowded. I really wish they could expand their serving area. They did have additional seating in meeting rooms, but the service area is not enough space to support such a crowd. Oh, also ..NO microwave in rooms. I don't even know where one was located so we could not reheat food.

It was close to the Main area of the Riverwalk which was nice, the breakfast was good with plenty of options. Lobby was clean, staff was friendly.

They have 2 elevators, one was broken so it took awhile to get up and down and the beds weren’t comfortable at all. I felt for the price the beds should of felt better and I would never pay extra to have a river view room, their is a small window and a door which I couldn’t see much of the River from my room and where we are located it’s not much to see.

Breakfast was awesome, variety and well presented. Room spacious, clean, bathroom door a bit tight to close. Pillows tough and huge for my likings. Location aways a bit from center Riverwalks attractions and bars but worth the walk. HEB close by.

I was offered a free night for inconveniences, and was overcharged an extra night for which my credit card has not been accredited for yet. Staff like Veronica, Shila, Breanna and Manager Arthur very friendly and willing. Made our stay very enjoyable.

Location was great. Right next to the river walk which was great. Not to far from the Henry B convention center. Easy access to restaurants.

The only thing I didn't like was...you can't feel the AC by where the pull out couch was at if you wanted to feel some of that cool air you would have to come sit on the bed by the window right next to the AC.

I came here when this place first opened, which was years ago. As I remembered, the location is perfect if your main interests are the Alamo and riverwalk. The hotel itself is on a quiet branch of the river, but everything is within a short walk. Room is good sized with a separate sitting area. We had a good view of the Tower of the Americas and Alamo dome from ours.

No longer has free parking, but it seems to be the norm for all hotels in the riverwalk area. While most things are in good working order, I think it could use some fresh paint, and the elevators are showing their age.

Location was close and accessible to all we needed. Hotel was comfortable. Staff pleasant.

We struggled getting hot water. Cold showers. It took very long time for hot water to come. Sometimes not at all. The vent in bathroom didn’t work and there was some mold on wall above door and corners.

The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located on the Riverwalk or we could get "downtown" quickly at street level. The front desk had a good choice of snacks and beverages in addition to a good variety of breakfast food.

We ordered chicken wings for a late afternoon snack/early supper. It took 40+ minutes to get our two orders even though there didn't appear to be any other parties ordering food. Turned out the kitchen had changed the oil in the deep fryer and it took a long time for it to heat up. While we would've appreciated a head's up on that, management did discount our bills.

The location was the best of the hotel which is the main reason we stayed here. The room was comfortable and had what we needed. Also the staff were courteous and friendly.

We didn't like the breakfast so we ate at a restaurant. We didn't like having to pay for parking. We've stayed at The Hilton, Drury. La Quinta, Wyndham among others and we weren't charged for parking.

Only issue I had was that the room aircon is motion activated. So you'll be lying in bed and the aircon will go off. And will not come back on until you get out of bed. This made relaxing in the room impossible as the outside temp was 102F and the room would not get below 72F this is very warm to a British guy trying to escape the outside heat!

Breakfast was awesomely hot and great. Front desk great customer service, nice, friendly.

Further than anticipated from the main locations of river walk. Distance is probably a good 2miles from reaching first store/restaurants. A/C turning off btw breaks was a negative for me. We had no control of A/C per say. Only to adjust temp.
