location was perfect with access to Riverwalk and close to other popular attractions. Rooftop pool is a great amenity, always clean with hooded towels. gym was one of the best. appreciated the cold water bottles and WSJ available every morning. the bathroom was very large and we enjoyed the large bathtub and bath salts that were laughed or are used. Personal hygiene products such as soaps, shampoos, and conditioners were top-of-the-line. The breakfast food allowance was more than adequate for each person and the food was delicious. We would've appreciated coffee available in the lobby every morning. And we were traveling with our two granddaughters and therefore had to get a room with two double beds. The beds were quite small and my husband and I found it a little difficult to sleep through the night. But the room could not accommodate any larger beds. 

I stayed alone for a week. I was often tired when I arrived at the hotel after a full day of visits with friends and museums. On arrival, I was greeted warmly and asked with great courtesy if there was something I needed. The staff knew me by name and got to know my particular needs. At breakfast, they brought me a flower and paper. I felt catered to at all times.

A few more vegetarian options on the menu would have been great.

Mokara Hotel & Spa was immaculate and well-kept, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay for my family and me. The staff was also welcoming and attentive, making the overall experience even more enjoyable.

One of the pros of the hotel is its central location which provides easy access to popular tourist spots. However, one downside is the lack of o -site parking, which could be an inconvenience for guests with vehicles.

I thought the room was really nice and the view was excellent. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

I think for the price you pay some amenities should come with the type of room you purchased. For example valet parking was $40 per day but to park it our selves for $10 per day. This type of price hick is not necessary. We also had no use of the refrigerator if we wanted to keep something cold. I had chocolate covered strawberries and couldn’t save them for when we really wanted to eat them. Many hotels have food in the mini bar that they don’t lock up. If you eat some just charge us when we check out with the incidental funds. This was an incredible hotel that cost us over a thousand to stay for two nights. Please think more on rewarding those customers will to pay that price and more going forward.

Wonderful staff, excellent rooms and facilities. The associated restaurant was very nice with good food and service. Rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. View we requested was delivered and additional services we requested were delivered perfectly.

The area near the riverwalk is wonderful, but it does come with just a bit of unwelcomed flavor at times (rude and/or loud individuals disrupting the quiet, good times for all). However, this is very rare. Overall, the atmosphere is charming.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful there. All smiles, kind, and very informative. I was really blown away as was my wife. We were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary and it was very special. The hotel is beautiful!

Parking is narrow and it was raining and there was construction downtown SA. So it was a little harrowing to find the place in the rain. The Concierge and front desk were very nice and fixed us each a drink so it got better quickly!

Even though i didn't Valet my guy RICK was friendly and Awesome in making sure my daughter and I was safe and he always gave good directions. All the staff was super helpful. I love the fact that I was able to get free bottled water from front desk whenever needed. Roof top hot tub was super nice!

Shower in 587 never ran hot water. Took baths every night. No microwave. Beds/ mattress a little old.

Everything was amazing, the room, the atmosphere, and especially the staff. Whenever a question or issue arose, they immediately answered or fixed the issue with an amazing attitude. The proximity to everything downtown San Antonio offers and spa inclusion with room makes this a must stay location.

The staff treated us with the utmost respect. I was staying for my birthday weekend, and they sent me a beautiful dessert to my room. The location is perfect, and the spa services were so relaxing. I can't wait to stay again!

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Dinner at the hotel restaurant is awesome. The hostess in the hotel was very informative about things in the area and things to do.

I did not like that open table would tell us that the hotel restaurant had no reservations available so we called and the hostess told us that they were committed for the entire night. We went down to the restaurant thinking maybe we could sit at the bar, the restaurant was almost empty. We walked in and she sat us down not once mentioning that they were committed. Enjoyed dinner and the restaurant still wasn't full when we left.
