I am amazed that you could provide the nutritious, varied, and delicious breakfast as part of the price of the room, plus snacks and a supper. I enjoyed seeing the families who were able to benefit from these extras. It must have been a big plus for their budgets. Thank you for this gracious gift.

The noise outside our window. In the future I would ask for a room away from the River Walk. I was very disappointed by the crowded River Walk, congested restaurants, Even without the crowds, I saw little value in the River Walk. Everyone told me “you have to go to the River Walk”, and now that I did,I am not sure why. No cafes, no shops, just noisy restaurants. Not your fault!

Honestly, the staff was amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed the assistant manager who did our check in, she was amazing and insanely helpful helping me pick out some fun things to do for me and my 2 children! The manager was so kind and helpful as well! Everyone there is very friendly, attentive, thorough, and honestly, they just go above and beyond. Breakfast was great and so was the evening cocktail hour/food. To be honest, it was a perfect free dinner option for us, but especially for my 2 children who are both picky eaters….it saved me from having to take them somewhere on the riverwalk for dinner. They served pork sliders one night and the other night they had tacos. They had hotdogs and nachos available both nights as well and a few other options. I wasn’t even aware they had the complimentary food in the evening when we booked our stay! Definitely an added bonus!!! We stayed there on 12/25-12/27. My kids loved the heated rooftop pool! I will definitely be going back to this hotel next time I go to San Antonio! Very easy access to the Riverwalk as well - and there is a riverboat tour access point within 2 minutes of stepping foot outside the hotel on the Riverwalk level.

I loved that we didn’t really need to leave the hotel at all especially since we were coming there specifically to relax. they provided delicious breakfast and dinner with great drinks every night ! We definitely got our moneys worth. We used literally everything from the pool, hot tub, and gym. We loved that it was right off the riverwalk and close to everything we wanted to do. This will be the only hotel we will stay at from now on !!

The only downfall is the price but for location and everything they provide it was definitely worth it. I also think they should heat the pool at night but other than that everything was amazing!!!!

Excellent hotel. Best location in River Walk. A full and good breakfast is also served every evening as part of Happy Hour, a full dinner that includes a variety of hot food, soup, salads, sausages and more... free soft and hot drinks and various cocktails, up to 3 glasses per guest in the evening. The hotel does everything possible to make guests feel good. Without a doubt I will recommend all my friends to stay at this hotel in San Antonio

i love that it’s so close to River walk ,overall my stay was excellent ,everything was super clean , customer service was great ! Rooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable!! You have everything you need close to the hotel !! Definitely recommend it

i first of all didn’t like the parking area it’s too small , didn’t like that same food is served for breakfast it was great and all but need variety , the last day of our vacation our vehicle was broken into but fortunately nothing major just be careful and make sure you lock it !! Manager went over and beyond to assist us and offered to file a police report !!

the location was convenient and right on the river walk. rooms were clean. staff was very kind.

the parking garage was difficult to negotiate at best. I have a 4Runner and was able to fit but the ceilings are low— if I’d had a roof rack I couldn’t have gotten inside. parking spaces were extremely narrow and it took several minutes to get my vehicle into a space. the driving area was too narrow for 2 vehicles going in opposite directions so people would have to try and back up out of the driveway so that other folks could get in/out. coming and going during our stay was extremely stressful.

The staff was great. We were always greeted. I wish I had gotten her name, but the woman who checked us in was amazing. She was a hard worker, a great communicator, and was very kind. We saw her quite a few times during our stay. I hope management sees this and looks up who checked us in on 11/14/23 between 1 and 2 p.m. Beds were very comfortable. Excellent location. It's right on the Riverwalk and close to the Alamo.

The rooms could use updating. The pool and hot tub were closed one day.

We love the complimentary dinner and adult drinks at the kickback. That was something extra that you don't experience from other hotels. The set up was nice and very organized for that event as well as the breakfast the next morning. Great food selections, plenty of seating space. Staff (front desk, housekeeping) was friendly and helpful ❤️

The only thing that could use some work is the patio seating on the balcony; it could be a little more comfortable maybe add some chair pads to the metal chairs . But other than that one thing , everything was great, definitely would come back.❤️🤗👍🏾

We were allowed to park our car in the garage before check-in. Staff contacted us when room was ready. Staff was extremely friendly. Evening happy hour and morning breakfast were much better than we expected with a lot of food to choose from. Room and building were exceptionally clean. Hotel has an exit right out onto the Riverwalk. Location is within a few blocks of the Alamo and various museums.

Only complaint I have really isn't the fault of the hotel. A couple going to their room at 2:00 A.M. were yelling which woke us up. Other than that I have no complaints at all.

Believe allll the reviews. I’ve been going to San Antonio for over 25 years and this is by far one of the friendliest, best loacation , enjoyable hotels I have stayed at. And all the free perks is just a bonus. Even the included breakfast was better than expected. Eggs, waffle maker cereal, biscuits and gravy,sausage,toast and bagel area. Very happy with our stay and will absolutely book again!

Bathrooms are smalll and a little outdated. Not a lot of water pressure in shower.
