The bed was comfortable

The stoop and stairs from the front door were a little scary. Especially carrying suitcases down them. The door wasn't very secure. I could see daylight around it because it wasn't sealed properly. There look to be some unfinished renovations. Shower head protruded out of a hole in the wall, wasn't sealed. Just a few very noticeable details. The property was very clean and smelled good. I guess you get what you pay for.

It was clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room for the two of us. Had a good mattress. The breakfast provided was good.

There was no stopper in the sink. I kept a wash cloth over it. I was afraid I would drop something down it. The air conditioner was extremely loud but it worked. The water pressure was extremely low in the morning when I showered.

I loved how clean the place is. The breakfast is always the same, but it's really good. It always smell nice and clean.

N/A Everything was likeable. Well there was one thing, I just wish there was an ice machine and vending machines closer to the inside rooms or if one was located inside so we wouldn't have to walk outside at night.

Great breakfast, quiet facility and friendly staff. Mr. Patel is very understanding and helpful. I stayed here a total of 4 weeks. There are homeless people everywhere in Waco, the entire facility has extra bright flood lights which helps for reassurance.

Quiet location. Beds were nice and comfy!

I didnt like housekeeping knocking on the door at 9am when we planned for a 2 night stay. Also the bathroom door knob didnt like me and i struggled to get out of the bathroom every time😆

The staff was extremely nice. The housekeeper knocked and delivered fresh towels and toiletries without me having to request them with a smile. Excellent staff from the front desk throughout.

Due to reconstruction breakfast was not being served. There was also lots of hair in the shower when I arrived so I cleaned before use.

Breakfast? Whole wheat toast with butter and jelly, sausage, coffee with half and half and sugar, and apple juiçe... Could of had a waffle or eggs... Loved my choices though. Wonderful staff and a truly excellent room.

Easy access from the Highway but quiet. Up to date rooms with comfortable beds and parking right in front of your door. There isn’t an elevator so carrying bags to the second floor might be the only issue for some. Great breakfast - attentive staff - very clean! Recently renovated. Close to everything!

JJ was great! Greeted me immediately, and helped me with a booking error. She made my difficult travel day all good! The newly renovated property is very clean and the bed was comfy!

The location is difficult to get to when you are coming in from the north side.

friendly service, room was clean, temperature good, bed/bedding comfortable, hot breakfast available, good coffee!

It would have been nice to have some hot sauce available at the breakfast area, but this was not a big deal!
