We thought the breakfast was very good. Lots of choices to choose from. More than I expected. The room was nice and clean. All employees were very pleasant and helpful.

My only complaint and it was a big thing for me. As much as the breakfast was so inviting, unfortunately when I saw the woman who was manning the breakfast push the rubbish in the rubbish barrel down with her gloved hands and then proceed to restock the coffee cups and lids with the same gloved hands that just touched the rubbish, just turned me right off. I went down the next day and I have to say I just observed the two women working. Nice as can be. But, they need to have some training on food safety. Cross contamination etc. etc. You stress your cleanliness. That needs to extend to the food also. It put a damper on a really nice hotel stay.

The Breakfast was great, something for everyone!! The room was comfortable, the first place we have stayed around Rutland where the beds were actually comfortable. Will diffently stay here again!!! The staff was also great and very helpful!!

The hallway was a little noisey when the kids were running back and forth and a few times there was a dog that was barking, but other than that it was a great stay!

There was great choices for breakfast food, good coffee. Tables were always clean even on a busy Saturday morning. The pool area was clean, there was someone in cleaning up around the pool, picking up used towels straightening the chairs. With the extreme heat and humidity it was very comfortable in the rooms.

Just wished there was someone coming in the room during the day checking on the towels and trash. We were there 3 nights and had a pile of wet towels in a corner of the bathroom.

I came for a wedding weekend to Rutland. The hotel has a super friendly staff. The lady in the dining room, can't remember her name, I think it may have been Karin, was exceptional. She was very friendly, helpful and accommodating to all our needs. Enjoyed my stay and have no regrets for booking this hotel.

the breakfast was good with lots of decisions. especially for younger children

beds and pillows were super comfy and the facility as a whole was super clean and the staff were all very friendly

We had a wonderful stay. The room was perfect for our needs, great location and bathtub was perfect for after training soak. Only minus was the "to go breakfast" which was okay but we ended up getting our own meals (packaged meals are not very satisfying.) It was a very comfortable room and the blackout curtain was greatly appreciated.

Minor complaints but nothing that the hotel can do anything about. The people on floor were a little noisy but not ridiculous and I think there were some construction/road work nearby. Overall nothing major. As mentioned above, packaged breakfast left much to be desired. Can't wait for community breakfast to start again :)

It was a very nice place. One of the kitchen staff was such an Amazing person. Her name was Sue and she made us feel like family. Whenever we return to the East Coast we will definitely be staying there again.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like. It was exceptional.

Staff was exceptionally helpful. Breakfast woman went out of her way to help address our diet limitations. Room very spacious

Everything was great

We had the suite and the fireplace in the bedroom/sitting area was so lovely! We also adored Michael, he made our stay so wonderful and helped us with anything we needed. We stayed at 2 other hotels during our trip, some that were more expensive and this was still our favorite!

The staff were excellent and friendly and were able to accommodate our early arrival. The facilities are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Will stay here again.
