The stuff they are so friendly cooperative and polite Especially mr MIKE the lobby guy and the shuttle driver HANNIN (if amnt mistaken there name ) they were very nice THEY HELP ME A LOT i really appreciate 👍👌 The room was so clean every thg was organized well

The check in time is should be befor mid day its nt fair to wait or add more money in order to check in earlier

The staff were really very friendly and helped me for planning the day trip and they really helped in shuttle services from airport pickup and drop facilities. Really appreciate it.

We had a flight cancellation and spent one night at this hotel and left very early next morning. It was a good place to stay.

Very simple but adequate. There are no restaurants in walking distance. Plan ahead.

Clean room with comfortable bed, coffee-maker, several power outlets (also USB), lamps, desk with office chair, full bathroom with soft towels and toilettries, individually adjustable air conditioning (heating) and big window. Very good breakfast

No breakfast though booking said Breakfast was included Extension of check out was too short given my flight was much later and I only checked in about 8 pm the previous night

This property is an excellent value and includes an airport shuttle to Dulles Airport (IAD) between the hours of 7:00am-10:00pm (I believe). It was very comfortable and clean with excellent staff and a hearty breakfast that included scrambled eggs, sausage, cereals and a waffle maker.

Missed my flight and needed a place super close to airport. The place was great, very clean and staff was amazing! Free Shuttle to the airport every 30 min! Don’t hesitate, book the room!

The staffs were professional,courteous and always ready to assist. I was here in 2019 and actually complained of the services. My stay this time around was a major departure from 2019 experience. I will definitely be here again next year

How I wish your airport shuttle service is able to extend the shuttle to BWI Baltimore airport

I liked the size of the room and the breakfast provided. The staff was nice. The bed was comfortable.

The room could have been cleaned better. I found a dirty tissue paper on the floor and an empty box of condoms next to the window .gross Although masks were mandated in public spaces, the rule wasn't enforced and guests were coughing in the dining area and I felt like staff didn't care Also the driver who picked me up at the airport didn't use a mask either which was weird considering the hotel made a big deal about staff using masks.

Room was way bigger and accommodation than I had expected and so I was quite impressed with the size and amenities. Breakfast was quite simply but adequate. Shuttle to airport was a major plus and ran on time
